PTP selected the OpsRamp platform to replace its legacy IT Operations Management (ITOM) solution, and PTP has now been using the OpsRamp solution for eight years. By implementing OpsRamp’s modern ITOM solution and leveraging the benefits of AIOps to improve service delivery to its clients, PTP can holistically monitor and manage on-premises network and data center infrastructures, as well as cloud resources and virtual firewalls.

Service Visualization brings with it the ability to implement automated real-time and historical service and availability reporting.

Organizations often have limited in-house developed solutions for reporting. These solutions tend to leverage data drawn after-the-fact from their ITSM tools, using spreadsheet-based outputs.

It can take around five working days to produce monthly service availability reports. This usually involves significant manual effort and a time-lag.Screenshot of Service Visualization Dashboards display information including the status, availability and operational details
of a business service and typically include: High-Level Status, Business Outcomes, System Component Status, Application Status, Service Status and Service Incidents.
