PredictAP is an AI-powered invoice capture solution purpose-built for real estate accounts payable. It saves time by eliminating manual data entry from invoice ingestion and coding, and integrates with AP automation solutions focused on real estate. PredictAP uses historical invoice data and AI to identify coding patterns, and ingests, indexes, and codes invoices during upload, helping real estate AP organizations scale team capacity, boost compliance and visibility, and reclaim…

This isn't really all that similar to PredictAP, as it is not a technology solution (yet). It's just an outsourcing of labor to a cheaper third-party supply. We like PredictAP because it is a technology solution where the AI capabilities grow with us over time.
I think Invoiced is great for businesses that have recurring invoices or work with the same client over and over and you can store their payment. I don't see it as a great tool for businesses that only need to invoice one client at a time.
PredictAP is the perfect solution for our instance of yardi. We perform 3rd party management for clients with their own accounting software and unless they integrate with PredictAP it is not a solution.
Provides integrations with credit card companies and direct debit providers like GoCardless.
Sales team does good demos, but be VERY careful because these demos may represent an unachievable scenario if you are a larger business or one that has more than the most basic, vanilla needs.
Nothing else, all other experiences with Invoiced were negative.
Daily digest of emails submitted by a user. There is currently one for the whole organization, but users just want to see their own broken out.
When invoices go into Yardi, the "created by" field should be the user's name who submitted, rather than "PredictAP". Would make searching in Yardi easier.
We selected Invoiced primarily due to their purported high level of customizations and flexibility to handle differing business needs. That, unfortunately, became the exact reason we terminated the contract though. They have a basic framework for something that could be really great, and the potential is there, but they lack the in-house expertise and the product is far too infantile at present. Major bugs and similar issues need to be stamped out first. I can only hope they take it as a learning experience.
