ITRS Geneos support is well managed by its wide variety of options like live chat, query submissions, 24/7 on-call support, self help and of course well-documented details about its features and troubleshooting methods. ITRS Geneos is being used by many big size organizations because it is a stable product with a good pool of knowledge available about it.
In the past, my team has been able to get in contact with Logz.io quickly and easily to address our questions about the product to see if it could fully meet all our needs. Some of the features we needed at the time were not available, but were on the Logz.io team's roadmap to implement in the future. I found their team to be friendly, professional, and helpful
Every tool that competes in the market with ITRS Geneos has its own capabilities and shortcomings. For our project, ITRS Geneos stands out since it is a stable product with a long history of serving large organizations with huge number of components to monitor. ITRS Geneos has upgraded itself to a new and better GUI interface and has offered integration with different tools.
Graylog and Microsoft System Center lacks infrastructure management and logging, proper analytics is done only on Logz.io. The customer support is also really great for Logz.io, we are really pleased with their support and timely action. The migration was also easy and took us hardly a day to set up and run the solutions.
