Likelihood to Recommend	Security Controls is particularly suitable for customers who are looking for a patch solution and need security to protect themselves from unknown malicious code. For customers who are already using the Workspace Manager Suite, we don't think the solution is that suitable. A patch for Windows would be sufficient. It also upgrades the hardware drivers & BIOS. But for BIOS only we use monthly updates no automatic policy just push to target computers. Some features are hidden or not easy to find for users who are accessing the console for the first time. We need an application that runs in standalone mode and does not rely on any other application. SolarWinds is also one of the most expensive. Kaseya and GFI LanGuard are overkill as they contain functionality that we do not need or already have. GFI LanGuard for instance does security auditing the same as Qualys that we already have.
