Chose JazzHR
Jobvite had better capabilities for us, but also has a whole other set of problems. Also owned by the Employ group.
Easy to use, easy to teach, user-friendly platform. Helps your team stay organized and on track of requests/candidates. Integrates smoothly [with] any other external or internal tools that you might have as part of your recruitment process. Workflow establishment, along with …
JazzHR has more functionality than both Indeed and BambooHR. We had previously used Indeed, which works well enough, but the additional tracking that JazzHR offers, in addition to posting on ZipRecruiter and other paid and unpaid sites, was a dealbreaker for us in attempting to …
It is pretty similar to what I have used before. I like JazzHR because they are always trying to make things easier and add new features for us. I love when things can become more seamless, or something becomes easier, so it is nice that JazzHR is always working on that.
[JazzHR] is a good solution that is still being updated and improved but is not a full suite that could support all businesses and needs. It is a good solution for businesses with specific needs.
It is a user friendly interface that makes the tool easy to use. The tool can be scale up from startups and growing companies to presidential companies. JazzHR tool is not too expensive as you can customise the tool according to company's needs. It can integrate plenty of job …
Jobvite is way more difficult to implement, costs 4 times as much, and is a bit clunky to use. I've implemented jobvite twice and will always use JazzHR going forward.
We utilized GoCo prior to JazzHR and the broader functionality and usability of JazzHR made us switch. Being able to track everything in one portal easily without any major downtime for setup meant that we could utilize JazzHR right out of the box and start posting job recs and …
JazzHR was the most user-friendly and not too robust for our small company. I also liked JazzHR's dashboard and how you can see everything on one screen. The price was also very reasonable for JazzHR where the others were very expensive.
We had another ATS system that didn't provide much functionality. As aforementioned, the ability to post unlimited jobs and get candidates quickly were a big positive for us.
Recruiterbox is a great ATS however it is more basic than what JazzHR offers. Their interfaces are equally user-friendly and pricing is similar also. However, JazzHR has more functions (e-signatures, auto-reject, more in-depth reporting) that we needed in order to improve our …
I only used one other applicant tracking system in the past and it was My Staffing Pro. I didn't like the way this was used at my last company and it was not as customizable as JazzHR, but this was years ago.
JazzHR is still the most simple for the user out of all 3 other products I have used. Lawson is a dinosaur and expensive. ADP has very minimal features and setup is not user friendly or easily customizable. Paycom is simple but lacks a lot of integration with other systems.
Crelate is the perfect suite that offers both a fully searchable candidate and client database. They even offered a 30 day money back guarantee in response to the sad business practices at Jazz HR
Like most ATS platforms, Jazz has similar features, but came in for significantly cheaper than the competition and totally sufficient for the needs of our team. With our Zenefits integration discount and a non-profit discount it was a very clear choice. The startup / activation …
Easier user interface than Salesforce and Bullhorn. Much better functionality than Avionte. Brightmove parses and attaches documents easier as they don't have to PDF or uploaded (can drag/drop).
We looked at BambooHR, some of the big enterprise solutions, and using free tools like Trello. You get what you pay for. And for us, Jazz was the perfect cost for what we wanted. We could run interviews ourselves and we didn't need all the bells and whistles, but we also …
As with the question on whether or not I would recommend the product, it depends. No two customer needs are the same so I always encourage companies to develop a matrix of wants and needs and ensure that the demonstrations of the products are tailored to those. For the …
JobDiva trounces Bullhorn from my experience. The user satisfaction rates don't lie, JobDiva is simply better from the user experience. Generally runs faster too.
JobDiva has been fast and easy. FileMaker took a lot longer to build the program and was slow. JobDiva also makes it easier to make your own custom changes vs. in FileMaker we would need to reach out to the developer to make changes. JobDiva has been very user-friendly and easy …
[I] used bullhorn years ago. Actively using JobDiva [for] the last 3 years. I think this is the best ATS. Every company must have this to make their work easier and highly profitable. Every user must learn JobDiva in depth so it will enhance their performance. Also, doing …
We are currently in the process of trying to link Salesforce to JobDiva CRM. It has not been a smooth integration. There is a feeling that there is more for us to utilize in Salesforce, but we can't leave behind the ATS functionality on the recruiting side. No tool is …
[I selected JobDiva because of its] Integrated search, Duplicate Candidate Prevention, Applicant Tracking, Resume management, Reports, Mail Merge, AI, etc. Everything is wonderful.
Taleo worked okay for us. At the time, it provided a way to track applicants against a job, and that was really about it. When we decided to look at JobDiva, it came at the recommendation of several other companies who were in a Mentor/Protege program with our Senior …
JobDiva is by far the most robust CRM I have used. JobDiva works with our firm to customize features for our specific needs. I would not move away from JobDiva.
Bullhorn seemed very focused on integration with LinkedIn but was missing on other factors. WinSearch was lacking as an ATS on all fronts, mass email would go to same people, there was no real prevention of duplicates and there was really no great way to link information and …
JobDiva is much more streamlined and easy to use. The database making algorithm of JobDiva is much stronger than bullhorn. JobDiva allows tracking of candidates much easier and making changes to any candidate profile is very hassle free. Searching resumes on different portals …
I like Crelate the best and I liked MaxHire also. I was not a huge fan of iCIMS, but think that Bullhorn/Maxhire were good. Out of all of the products I have used, I like Crelate and MaxHire the best. My leadership selected JobDiva and I am unsure of the reasons because I was …
The best feature that I like the most that it has one of the best search features to have, it easily put a search to work and doing it in the background and will sort out the relevant and good candidates for next day which is amazing to have because it reduces the work and …
Since it allows you to tag candidates based on their level of talent or potential utility to the company, it is best used to identify the best prospects in large operations, such as multi-franchise oriented businesses that cover all kinds of sales. It can be used to make periodic assessments of the level of employee growth in certain departments, and based on the results let us know if certain employees would do better working in another type of area, so that the overall work operations are more uniform. JazzHR could excel in departments that use a high level of reporting, as its administrative tools provide high content reports with statistics on the performance of each employee or candidate at different levels.
The functionality the platform holds is top-notch where I can house details regarding contact information, requested rates, what jobs we're submitting them to, and all the personal information (CV, certifications, degrees, etc) that we obtain from our candidates. It's extremely helpful that I am able to submit candidates externally as that is our M.O. routinely. I really like it.
I am working in the staffing industry for the last 5+ years. When I joined this industry, initially we had to do all the things manually in Microsoft Excel, It is too time-consuming and looks boring.
I have been using JobDiva, for the last four years, and it works amazing.
Now my report generation is very easy and I [can] click on the go.
Better candidate search capabilities. (For example, I would like to search "Erika P" to show all the people named "Erika" and last name "P" - other companies had advanced search functions, but it wasn't worth 2-5X the cost.)
Calculating Time in each WorkFlow stage. (Jazz has great reporting for how long it takes to Advance a candidate, Interview a candidate, Hire a candidate, or Not hire a candidate. It would be great to add some reporting within each workflow stage.)
It worked well for the majority of our needs and is still in use even though I've left the company. The Resumator was an interim solution until we found a system that integrated with all our other internal systems. However, we ended up staying with it because of ease of use
Our company is moving to a more nuanced and focused type of recruiting style and the more recruiters we bring on, the less we need to worry about aggregating large pools of resume as the recruiting team does that with better more detailed information. The more detailed our database becomes the more we build a more reliable pool of candidates and the more the slowness of the systems become more and more problematic
It's not a 10 due to the eTemplates. If those were less time-consuming to set up and if some common forms were available to select from already set up, then I would give it a 10.
Its easy to use for me. but a few of my recruiters having difficulty using it. They have problems with mail merge, opting out from mail merge. They are also unable to find other options like applicants, doing some basic settings, sending mail merge again and again for the same job, avoiding sending emails to uninterested candidates etc.
Over all I think JobDiva works well. It has some issues from time to time, but the support staff seems to handle it quickly. The major issue is the email merges getting black listed as spam. That takes away a very important JobDiva feature. That is our major functionality complaint these days
Each person I've spoken to have been helpful, positive and encouraging. Once you begin using JazzHR, they have intervals in which they reach out to you to see how you're doing or if you have any questions. When you're setting up, they review what you've done and offer praise as well as suggestions on how to make it work better for you. They offer webinars and online training videos to walk you through every process.
Usually, we don't come across downtime or any such issues. However, whenever required, the Support team is always up and ready to solve it as soon as possible. One of its best features is it always Notifies users of any changes related to any of its uses or new additions.
A solutions consultant walked me through each step. It was easy. As I progressed in setting things up, their support contacted me to set a time to walk through any possible issues and make suggestions on a better way to set it up. At any time, if I had a question, they were available and there are also training documents and videos available.
This is a SaaS platform so the implementation is easy. One thing to consider is to make sure your organization has agreed to this system. Not all will like it but atleast everyone must understand how this will impact Staffing efforts in a positive way. Once everyone is bought then the rest is smooth. The reason I mention this is because after the implementation some where reluctant to change thus not maximizing JOBDIVA to its full capacity.
[JazzHR] is a good solution that is still being updated and improved but is not a full suite that could support all businesses and needs. It is a good solution for businesses with specific needs.
We are currently in the process of trying to link Salesforce to JobDiva CRM. It has not been a smooth integration. There is a feeling that there is more for us to utilize in Salesforce, but we can't leave behind the ATS functionality on the recruiting side. No tool is perfect, so we continue to look for opportunities to improve our processes.
It had a positive impact of the number of candidates I was able to reach and which actually helped to increase the hiring rate at one of our clients.
The reporting system in JobDiva. It actually helped to focus more on the business objectives instead of documenting about each and every employee.
The only negative it had was that in a ew positions (asking for niche skills), when it required to submit candidates in a quick time, the other vendors were able t he win the race.
