I was very satisfied with the implementation. The only suggestion, which may be better now than when I implemented years ago, is a better getting started with standard, best practice, settings for WP Cerber Security which I could not find at the time. That said, that was 8+ years ago. I am sure it is better now.

As I said, the challenge is integration. The only other security plugin I have used that didn't have integration issues was Sucuri but it does not, or at least for me, offer user side control making it useless to me. The rest all, including Cloudflare, have integration issues that make using them impossible or at least challenging.
