Chose Kixie
Kixie is easier to navigate versus Aircall and Zoominfo. Kixie has clearer audio versus Aircall and Zoominfo. Zoominfo's dialer only dials numbers on their database, and does not allow you to manually dial numbers, unlike Kixie. Also, Zoominfo's voicemails can only be …
Kixie integrated much better with our CRM (Zoho) than CrazyCall. In addition, Kixie had increased reporting features that CrazyCall did not offer--CrazyCall's reporting was limited and not detailed enough for our purposes. Lastly, at the time, CrazyCall did not have the inbound …
Reply is a very good and widely known platform. I find it to be a lot more sophisticated and composed. I believe this tool works great for both large and small companies, which makes it stand out. There are so many other tools that work great, but they are restricted to the …
Its customer service is very professional. They
respond to my messages within a few minutes. I recently had a hard time creating templates, and their representative gives me the right workable solution, which makes me more comfortable using the platform on the next step.
It …
These tools are great, but they aren't built for what we use Reply for. Reply is perfect for doing these outbound campaigns at scale, whereas with ActiveCampaign and Vitally we were trying to turn the tools into something they are not.
Reply is more user-friendly and has more features than the other tools I’ve used. It doesn’t have every feature we need, but it works better than the others that exist in the important aspects (connects to Gmail, accurate results, customization, etc.)
Reply is a great tool, but it is not as sophisticated as Outreach. I think Outreach works best for larger companies, while Reply works great for smaller ones. The two tools have a lot of similarities. Outreach has also built a culture around their product, whereas Reply has not …
We've used MailChimp's email chain automation but they don't work as well as Reply.io when you need a plain text email to write to your contact. Our Business Development Managers are happier with Reply.io and say it has met their needs a lot better than the instruments that …
I terms of outbound emails, I would say Reply.io is very similar to SalesLoft Cadence. I haven't used Cadence since last year, so there may be upgrades that I'm unaware of. But I prefer the interface for Reply and it's significantly cheaper. For teams smaller than 4 you can't …
I think Reply.io has the most features for the price and the ability for me to insert dynamic images was the real winner. I have found that this is usually an enterprise feature in most of the platforms I have evaluated. I also like that this is accessible to the every day …
For me, the best kind of services are the ones that you forget about because they work so well in the background. This is what Kixie does so well once it's installed; it's unobtrusive, simple, and does what it is supposed to do in the background. My sales staff no longer has to worry about tracking and logging their outbound or inbound calls because Kixie is installed on their phones and computers.
I find this tool to be the best and most precise Sales Engagement Software that is currently available on the market. [Reply] has some great automation tools that so beautifully keep all the leads on track, which can easily create content and even lead to a better presence in the market arena. Hence, with all that being said, I highly recommend this software to businesses, especially to implement within their Sales and Marketing teams.
There's not much editing options in terms of the email design, but it's not really a con since it allows the emails to get through picky Gmail and other email providers' filters.
Kixie provides a nice user interface. There is a bit of a learning curve to load leads but it's not difficult. It's just learning where to go and how to load lists for the reps. Once you have it figured out, it's easy to get lists loaded for reps and give them the ability to manage those leads
I generally receive a reply in no time at all and found not only the support org. but the sales team to be extremely helpful. Additionally I found a great onboarding process with plenty of resources to consume.
We use Reply for our outbound sales initiatives, and the system performs excellently for us, outperforming any other platform. This is a fantastic product that offers excellent value for money. I chose this above others for a range of factors like it has made it simple for us to start up cold outreach campaigns and execute quick and easy messaging tests. I think the Reply tool is best for our company because it does a good job of solving our problem of scaling outbound sales effectively and at a very reasonable price.
