Trend Vision One Email and Collaboration Security
Score 8.9 out of 10
N/A
The Trend Vision One Email and Collaboration Security application secures Microsoft Office 365 and other cloud storage applications.
One of the other platforms may have some features where they excel. This is to be expected. But there is no other platform that covers all the topics and most of them very well, as KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training does. Also there is no other platform that offers such a huge …
We have used both the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training solution and the Arctic Wolf Managed Security Awareness solution and the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is the clear winner. Though the Arctic Wolf Managed Security Awareness solution is a good one, it is simply not …
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is by far the most polished and advanced out of the vendors we reviewed. If you are in an environment with Microsoft E5 licensing, you will want to evaluate Microsoft Attack Simulation Training which comes included with Defender. It lacks …
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training coming with much more content to cover if not most of the ways and tracks that hackers and Scammers that will might let the employees get them to do an action like clicking suspicious links or attachments which might lead to hacking the …
I like having the training bundled with phishing simulations. Using different products for these functions does not allow for automated remediation training.
I can't speak for any of them, but all had been considered. Proofpoint came highly rated but we decided to go with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training.
We use Vector training solutions for all of our other educational required training. We choose to use KnowBe4 specifically for our cybersecurity training because of its effectiveness.
None of the competing products had the ease of use and broad functionality of not only security awareness training, but also phish reporting and phish response. While some products had a different approach to training, none felt as complete as the features and functionality …
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has a lot of good features that Mimecast was missing. Mimecast does not have a proper inventory of videos like KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training. Mimecast does not have animation based videos. Most of the users of my company like animated …
Initially we were using Mimecast Awareness Training. Mimecast was totally different from KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training. They do not have a proper setup for the awareness training. The training video quality and category was very poor. In Mimecast, you will get only human …
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training's console is self service so we have all of the control on the content while Arctic Wolf is managed so this takes the workload off of the corporation for scheduling. However, I appreciate the ability to evaluate the security awareness content …
Chose Trend Vision One Email and Collaboration Security
Trend Micro seems to be quite better as the features compared to other brands as quite impressive, though the pricing is on a higher side compared to others but the security level is 99%.
Chose Trend Vision One Email and Collaboration Security
It is cheaper than most other business antivirus/malware that I have used before, and has a smaller footprint on endpoints. It also seems to have fewer false positives. It is very easy to install compared to others, and has a solid web-based control panel for administering …
Chose Trend Vision One Email and Collaboration Security
To date we had only utilized Symantec Small Business Suite for all of our antivirus needs. We had only moved to the cloud environment during the summer of 2020, and after doing so I'm not sure that I would ever change from Trend Micro Cloud App Security. The cost and features …
I don't have any frame of reference for comparison, but the training that I have used has proved impactful for my staff. Since starting KnowBe4 training, we've seen a great increase in the number of phishing attempts, but also a great increase in the number of attempts that have been recognized by staff, and we have thus not been the victim of phishing or other cyberattact vectors
Cloud App Security blocks all incoming bad emails and drive files without interacting with the portal or having to worry about anything coming through. It demonstrates its ability to work in scenarios where overhead is limited. It could have some improvements in the way where more options are given in the config to make bypass rules or exclusions.
Campaign settings are overwhelming and non-intuitive
While the domains available for sending phishing emails are numerous, they are still often obviously fake
Certain features are locked away behind paid addons, when they should be incorporated in the base tool/licence, e.g. PhishER. It's fine that, for example, Compliance+ is an added feature, but PhishER is practically integral to the task KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training performs
I chose 8 because Microsoft has a version of software bundled in Azure that may fulfill our needs. If this software does not measure up then we will be continuing with Knowbe4. They keep their offerings fresh so training is not redundant this is important when asking for engagement from employees
Only a 9 if the product become completely unaffordable. Covid-19 has adversely affected Higher Ed budgets, if that should happen I would lobby hard to find cuts elsewhere...TrendMicro CAS is a necessary tool for any business to have!
The training videos we have access to are high quality, and provide a wide variety. The Inside Man videos has a cult following within our organization, and has driven a much greater interest in security awareness. And KB4's willingness to negotiate pricing for us as a nonprofit has been very valuable to us as well.
It is very easy to implement the policies and get around in the platform. It is easy to release from system quarantine if something inadvertently gets added. The Dashboard has a lot of really good info around the types of detections over last 24 hrs, 7 Days, or 30 Days. It would be nice if when doing log searches, one could search all of the "types" at one time. Types include things like Quarantine, Ransomware, Virtual Analyzer, etc.
There have only been a handful of outages in the 2 years we have had the product. Even during those instances, parts of the system were still operational
Pages load quickly, filter/sort quickly, and don't slow down or freeze. Everything is smooth and very easy to use. There are a places in the UI where you can forget how to get there, but other than that everything is great. We have had no issues using any part of the website.
Tech prod support is great! I did have to ask for a new customer success rep, needed a more experienced person to match my 12 years of experience running Cybersec training programs. Would suggest that more matching of rep level of knowledge to client level knowledge would help.
Trend Micro Cloud App Security’s support has been highly competent and thorough when we have needed their assistance. Their support has been quickly dispatched, both through telephone and Email, while answer our questions and providing the “inside baseball” answers we have wanted when discussing the why and how of certain issues. When it came to implementation, their support sat through us as we deployed agents and took us on an adventure few implementations have.
confusing question. I inherited this application so I didnt get any formal training other than the person who was leaving. The CSM provided some later on when I asked in a zoom call
The implementation went really well and KnowBe4 was there the whole time on setup to make sure things were setup correctly. The only thing we had to figure out on our own was to script users automatically being added to security groups. So that when they sync to knowBe4 from AD they are placed into the same/correct groups.
KnowBe4 offered a significantly more favorable cost-benefit ratio compared to other solutions. Its seamless integration with our existing infrastructure—particularly Active Directory and email systems—was the most compatible with our operational and security requirements.
It is cheaper than most other business antivirus/malware that I have used before, and has a smaller footprint on endpoints. It also seems to have fewer false positives. It is very easy to install compared to others, and has a solid web-based control panel for administering users accounts. It is very easy to monitor our remote users and apply policies or scans even when they are off-line.
The product scales greatly. As long as you upgrade the license to support the number of users you are needing, adding in those new users is easy. Also getting those users set up with trainings/campaigns is very easy as well
There is really no way one can make all the needed trainings with in house resources anymore! The cost for this would be way way more than that of any platform!
There is no way to even calculate the damage a company would suffer in case of a cybersecurity breach! So the cost for the use of the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training platform if minimal compared to that of a possible breach!
The cost of creating content for security awareness training is no longer realistic for a company. This is really no option, and it is in no way comparable to the cost of access to the training material available in the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training platform. Also the training content needs to be constantly updated!
CAS gives us peace of mind knowing the file systems we rely on in the cloud are protected the same way they would be if they were sitting in our office. This leads to a reduced risk of downtime that could otherwise limit us from being able to properly support our customers.
