Salesforce was very robust but the learning curve would be too great for the older agents. Real Geeks just wasn't strong enough. LionDesk was good but very pricey for what you received. Since I used Konversion, using kvCORE was simpler and I was able to upload my contacts seamlessly. More Info Chose kvCORE kvCore is much better than Top Producer because it is automated. If you do not have an assistant then Top Producer is basically useless. It gives a lot of todos, it doesn't just do it. kvCore is just easier to use and much more intuitive than CINC.
