Cons	No answers on this topic	Originally, requests for feedback ("360s") were not customizable, and employees didn't feel the pre-written questions were particularly helpful. We are able to identify pain points before they become a systemic problem, and can act to correct our shortcomings or adjust procedures to remedy the situation.
