Chose LastPass for Business
The LastPass Vault feature is more user friendly than Bitwarden. It gives a nice view of all passwods and the access within. Bitwarden's pricing is more attractive though.
Since there is not a master password option for the google chrome passwords being saved, I do not feel as though it is as save to use. With LastPass, I can always log out of my browser login, but still continue to work in my browser without having to lot out of my Google …
I use LastPass for Business has a user as it has been chosen by my company. If I have to compare with other tools that I use for personal reasons like KeePassXC I consider LastPass well integrated, I don;t find the same good way with the other tool I just mentioned.
While LastPass for Business is a little more expensive, it has a more robust feature set and configurable deployment. We also found that it was easier to deploy, and its documentation was very detailed and easy to understand. While we did prefer the simpler Bitwarden interface, …
Both of the other options were more consumer-focused. LastPass seems meant for business, with better sharing and MFA functions, which we need to make suitable for our remote business, with people around the world.
Apple being tightly integrated/native is a huge plus but LastPass has features Apple hasn't come close to. There will always be things one has over the other but LastPass has quickly become the go-to for business needs and even personal use. Sharing passwords also is a big …
We have not used any other password/ID security manager as we have been happy with the way LastPass has functioned for us and have not seen the need to do this.
I have only used Google Chrome before to store passwords. I think LastPass has a big advantage against these and probably all other platforms that offer password storage and sharing. I don't think there is a better solution that can compare to this one. It has many features …
We used to use KeePass and it wasn't cloud-based. Being able to access passwords from any device and easily sync them is essential in this day and age. LastPass also continually improves its product to keep up with the evolving times and new security threats. This prevents us …
1Password's UI is much better than LastPass, but the organization ability and share-ability are more complicated. Personally, I prefer 1Password. But for a business setting where sharing and security matter more, LastPass wins out. It's also less expensive.
I ended up selecting LastPass for Business as Our company is a small organization and it is more efficient solution for a company like us. Also, Lastpass provides some additional features of security as compared to the ManageEngine offering. Also, it is easier to use and has …
The combination of end-user experience, ease of use, and reporting features are what really set LastPass apart from the competition. Most other offerings have only a subset of features that LastPass offers. While big fish like Dashlane have feature parity, convenience for the …
The has been the first and only password management software that I have used so far, and haven't found a need to change it. I have seen promotions for other software like Roboform and Dashlane but have not had the desire to test how these work because I'm comfortable using …
LastPass provides us all our needs which needs to be modified and accessed. It's very user friendly, to save time, for security purposes also we are using LastPass.
We use LastPass for business as it provides the most functionality for the price. products like Bitwarden are locked behind a paywall for features that LastPass has as a baseline such as dark web monitoring and password strength scores. We have weekly events where the security …
LastPass for Business is definitely a much better solution for our company's needs than the solutions provided by other password management software competitors. It is easy to use, and easy to log into to securely store important data. It is also nice that the entire ecosystem …
LastPass for Business is stronger with defining policies and the use of their own authenticator. It is in the market for years already and has a lot of plans for the future - they were part of LogMeIn and now going to be a separate company again. We hope this leads to further …
1Password, from my previous experience, can be used in a business environment. However, it really is geared from an interface point of view for consumers, and not for business users. Also, the interface itself is not as robust as LastPass for Business, and when you are …
LastPass has a CLI, which was a must for us. Also, it was cheaper than 1Password and met our requirements. 1Password might be better, and maybe would've even been better for us in retrospect, but we were already familiar with LastPass from personal experience so it also made …
Lastpass has been great for what we need. We do use Okta for Single Sign-On (SSO), and it has been good for that. However, we still use LastPass for password management and sharing, and I don't think it will be going away anytime soon.
When evaluating other password managers LastPass was the easiest to use and could easily do everything required by the organization. I also found that many contractors already were familiar with LastPass making it easy to direct them on how to receive shared credentials. The …
Rippling offers more complex features allowing employees to really take control on how they use Rippling. It also has a really simple and clean user interface that is great to use especially for those that do not have strong computer skills. This drives strong employee …
Rippling is the perfect balance between a PEO and a standalone payroll system. They have all the functions, features and support that a company needs, but allows the user (company) the flexibility to utilize the system with control. Other systems were missing this feature, …
Rippling stands out over others with its faster deployment, modern interface, and all-in-one automation for HR, IT, and payroll—making it ideal for fast-growing companies
As I am a fresher. I started using both recently. Both are completely different. But we use Jira for assigning tickets and comments etc. In Rippling we do other things. I like the interface of Jira than Rippling. We can't measure in most scenarios which is better like that. I …
Rippling is far superior than those other products. That's why we chose Rippling. The level of integration of multiple functions are limited to most but not for Rippling. This application/platform has proved it's worth with it's efficiency and they truly deliver their purpose. …
We moved away from ADP WorkforceNow for Rippling, and it's been the best decision the company has made. I have saved hundreds of manual hours annually with this change.
Good for the all-in-one activity for tracking. All roles and implementations is good. Rippling enables businesses to manage both people and their access to apps, devices, and systems from one place, streamlining operations and improving security. End-to-end workflows across …
Significant more features and a much better mobile application. Rippling's mobile application is a serious win! Our employees love the ability of submitting human resources related tasks through their phone at any time. In addition, Rippling has a significant larger pool of …
Rippling has a better user experience, is more easy to use and more comprehensive. This is more related to feelings but with Employee Navigator I felf my data was not being protected because the platform looked very old and outdated. With Rippling the feeling is the opposite …
Cost effectiveness is one key that helped us to improvise the company. And all features in a single application URL is best for end users. it may be of different modules but for end users as one is a plus. where onboarding and managing users are tough when company grows year by …
This application was horrible. Always had issues and the customer service was always so bad because they took forever to respond to any issue. Payroll was always an issue when we needed to have anything changed or corrected.
Dayforce has the option for submitting time cards. Then employees and employers need a separate app for many other functions. Which Rippling as stated previously the app allows you to just use Rippling and have all bases covered .
Although I did not choose Rippling, I’m glad my company did! It’s the best platform I’ve used by far. It exceeds Workday's capabilities and is easier to use in terms of its user interface. I’d pick Rippling 10 times out of 10 over any HR platform I’ve used before, especially …
Rippling is SO MUCH easier than GoCo. I worked for GoCo in the past and worked in technical support. And I saw so many issues every day with how the app worked. I was shocked to onboard with Rippling and have ZERO ISSUES. It was so easy! Highly recommend.
Easier to navigate and operate. Interface is more clean and modern. Paycom is full of options and menus everywhere, which makes it harder to operate. Also app integration with Rippling is so much easier.
We would love to transfer from our Power Automate Platform for salary increase approvals into Rippling. I think Rippling is better as it does not an expiration date for any approval flows like Power Automate does (30 days). It's also a great platform to consolidate everything …
Rippling provides the information in a clearer and more compact form. Unlike its competitor, it does not require the candidate to be aware of updates in the hiring process. Rippling delivers updates in real time, which allows the candidate to be aware of what is happening, thus …
I consider the tool very effective for generating and managing strong. Very useful tool where secure sharing of credentials is necessary. You can create passowrd on your own (automatically from the tool or self created). Not so user friendly usage of the password management when using the apple app but this is just personal feedback.
I highly recommend Rippling for any company, regardless of its size. Many well-known companies trust it, and if you go onto their LinkedIn page, you will likely find that many of your friends and colleagues are already familiar with them. Along with a highly flexible and easy-to-use UI, many other companies use it, making it feel like a small world. Any company that needs software for expense management and payroll and wants consistency should consider using Rippling.
Autofill - it auto-fills your account details (and payment cards) with just one click. Incredible timesaver.
Password Generator - it creates unique and secure passwords automagically, one less thing to worry about.
Secure Notes - it has a place to store secure notes, like insurance policies, bank accounts, driver's license numbers/images, wi-fi passwords, database/servers, software licenses, etc.
Payment Cards - great for adding credit cards, personal and business, that you can use to fill in for online/mobile shopping. It's easily one of the best features!
I did not expect Live Chat Support and Email Support when we moved to Rippling. Their Support team is quick and very knowledgeable. I have had multiple instances where we have gone back and forth on a situation to come to the correct conclusion, never feeling they were trying to just close the case unsolved.
Being able to manage employees from application to separation is huge. Having a built in ATS that we can hire candidates from directly, and immediately have their payroll, benefits and employee profile setup has saved me countless hours for each hire.
Rippling allows us to manage retirement plans across the US, Canada and UK with automation and file feeds. Before Rippling I manually managed these in multiple portals, now Rippling does it for me automatically.
It is hard to think of ways that Rippling could improve. The one area that we did have a bit of a slowdown was in the onboarding process. It was not intuitive and we expect to have some learning curve so if I could say anything needs improvement it would be this area.
LastPass has been a game changer for me. I keep more than 100 passwords for financial sites for my company and many of those sites will automatically log you out if you've been idle for 10 or 15 minutes. Typing and re-typing credentials is not only extremely inefficient, but it also adds the risk that you could type them incorrectly and have your account locked. LastPass fills in all my credentials automatically and helps me to generate secure passwords for new sites. I will always want this software on my machine because it makes my life so much easier.
Rippling continues to innovate and amaze me with their new innovations and features. Product feedback is taken seriously so I always give it whenever I can and end up seeing results. Rippling is the new wave of HRIS that cannot compare against others in the industry just due to the fact they are super user friendly!
I login to LastPass when I turn on my computer in the morning and I use it throughout the day. I cannot express how much easier, quicker, smoother (running out of adjectives) this is than our old Excel spreadsheet. I don't bookmark pages anymore, I put them in last pass as all I have to do is search for the site name, press launch and because I have auto signin for most of the sites, I'm in and doing my business in seconds. Truly a blessing!
Rippling is a great product that has streamlined our payroll and leave management processes. The interface is intuitive, and it’s very convenient to manage everything in one place. While the initial setup was a bit lengthy and the mobile experience can sometimes be a little slow, overall, it’s been a reliable and effective solution for our needs.
I like that the availability in using Rippling at any given time is useful to me. Getting on the site freely when I need gives me security of knowing that I can be in control of viewing health insurance and hours information. I have yet to get any errors in using the Rippling app.
Rippling's performance has been great, no errors or glitches yet so far. I am confident that Going from one page to the next and all its complexity usage does not lag or times out, it works effectively and efficiently. While using Rippling and other apps it does not tend to slow it down, works great. No complaints.
Haven't had to directly contact support all that much (at least not me personally, I don't know that anyone else on the team has needed to) but the Help Desk options/resources and documentation available are enough to answer any questions, although for what it's worth, the contact support options are not hard to find, and aren't hidden like some sites have it. Additionally, free new user training is offered for those who want it.
When I did have to reach out to Rippling for assistance I was able to get quick help and my problem resolved in a time efficient manner with out any type of hick up. The customer support team is professional, kind and always available. This makes Rippling more welcoming to use on a daily basis.
Educating users on password management and the basics of the solution is key to then have them successfully start using it themselves. Many have taken it further and now use it for personal passwords as well.
It's really easy to implement in comparison to other tools or applications. Different key points are easily configured and implemented as per need, having different configurations in systems. Implementation is something which binds the different parameters of an organization in a single row. Implementation of rippling is much easier, quicker, and error free than any other software. I recommend it strongly!
Since there is not a master password option for the Google Chrome passwords being saved, I do not feel as though it is as save to use. With LastPass, I can always log out of my browser login, but still continue to work in my browser without having to lot out of my Google account.
We switched from Gusto to Rippling and I wish we would've done it years ago. Rippling is so much more robust than Gusto and has made the lives of our HR team and each of our employees so much easier! I'd recommend Rippling over Gusto to every organization without any hesitation
Access levels and the organization features in LastPass are so flexible that you can set up your structure to work for virtually any scenario. You can also prevent employees from being able to see the actual credentials, which is huge for security, especially in large companies.
I can go on here and see all my hours and pto plus health benefits. I like to have the work handbook handy to refer to legal things. How to work my role within it's limits. Being able to put in my hours and view when they are approved is a huge benefit for me.
LastPass has been a great help with productivity and peace of mind in that we can use it to access the computers of people who are away without worrying about password security and we can do the work required without waiting for people to return.
Routine things like PTO requests and document uploads now take a few clicks instead of hours of email back‑and‑forth. I’d estimate I spend at least half the time on those tasks compared to before, which frees me up to actually help employees.
What used to drag on for days now gets done in a morning - I've just asked them this now. New hires can log in, set up their tools, and start training almost immediately, so they’re productive much sooner.
Payroll and benefits errors used to pop up regularly, but now I almost never have to fix things or follow up on missing info. That means less stress for me and for everyone involved.
Having everything in one platform cuts out the “where did you send that?” and “who approves this?” questions. It feels like we’ve reduced our back‑and‑forth by at least a third.
