Culture Amp is the first such tool I have used. I find it to be very well rounded and useful, especially since culture is one of the trickiest parts of a business to get a hold of as related to the bottom line. The fact that followup on goals and feedback can be done thanks to …
Culture Amp is great for employee surveys for both small and large companies. That said, it is not robust enough to house our entire performance review process.
Director of Human Assets, Talent Analytics + Special Projects
Chose Culture Amp
Before Culture Amp we used Gallup for our staff engagement survey. Culture Amp is SIGNIFICANTLY better for us. Gallup would not allow us the customization or reporting features that we needed, and comes with Culture Amp. The platform and functionality of Culture Amp, plus all …
Culture AMP is a full service platform that cuts data and provides analytics and insight. It is a different level than what can be done thrush Google Forms.
After reviewing other tools, we decided to go with Culture Amp (this was at a previous company). I ended up liking it so much that it was something I recommended at my new company. Ultimately we liked that Culture Amp provided data benchmarking from other companies, was easy …
Culture Amp does really well against other platforms. It's just very expensive for a tool that primarily focuses on employee engagement and surveys. Other tools out there that do really well providing performance management, employee engagement, and HR Analytics. Culture Amps …
I've used other products like IBM Kenexa as well as about 10 different engagement surveys. I've also used things like SurveyMonkey and Microsoft Forms and Culture Amp for companies that want to make decisions using better data. I would say Culture Amp was far and away better. …
All-in-one performance platform for engagement, goals, reviews, 1:1, department information, feedback, growth plans, and a robust management system and smart workflows, and a great tool for remote-first companies and seamless integrations with Slack, calendars, and each tool in …
Even though ClickUp is mainly an HR platform, it can be used for a variety of purposes. The features are just right and it is straightforward and simple to use. Many of these platforms tend to add many features, which end up causing an overwhelming feeling but it has been …
Lattice is more fully featured than BambooHR on the performance management functionality. It allows greater customization and more capabilities. If your company is mid-sized or large, Lattice is the way to go. However, it does require having some staff dedicated to …
Lattice outperforms PeopleHR for a people development system, we continue to use PeopleHR for the HR functionality of the system but rather than having everyone upload their document with no real tracking on is one of the main reasons we have chosen to adopt Lattice. Lattice is …
At the time lattice allowed us to move off these two systems and use a single service. Both GTMhub and officeVibe were better tools but having a single sorce of trueth for our employees was more important. Since then officeVibe has caught up to Lattice and I can see it being a …
I don't remember the name of the specific product that I used previously, however, Lattice is the best performance tracker that I've used in comparison to the tools used at my previous jobs - some of which were more manual created a heavier lift for the user.
Lattice was the only platform we did a deep dive into. It was exactly what we were looking for and the reason we went with them is because of the public feedback module they have built-in as that was a really important aspect for us.
The above tools do different things than Lattice. Lattice is more of a review system and greenhouse is for hiring and slack is for communication. I think Lattice is better in communication as you are talking through the issues rather than someone reading them in a chat. …
I was not part of the evaluation process but having used both, I would say that Lattice has more features and use cases then HighFive, which was fitting for our HR team as they were looking for a partner that can provide more to the broader team, and Lattice has proven to be …
We previously used ADP's Performance Mgmt module and found it to not meet any of our needs. In the fall of 2020, I sourced/contacted three vendors - Lattice, Goal Span & Performance Culture & had demos of their offerings. Lattice checked all of the boxes we were seeking; …
Compared to Zenefits that we used in the past Lattice is more powerful as it allows to link performance management to setting and achieving goals all in one place. Lattice is much easier and more comprehensive to use especially in a multi-team project setting as it allows to …
I don't think there is a natural substitute for Lattice. Trello has some of the same functionalities in terms of assigning items directly to individuals, but Lattice does a better job at tracking and grading the level of completion for each task. I haven't found any decent …
Culture Amp is a great tool for employee surveys, and has been able to scale with us for 5+ years. It's customizable and helps provide rich data on how employees are feeling so that we can continue to use that feedback to improving our company culture quarter over quarter.
Lattice is very well versed in all things with performance and goals, but it is a separate program from the rest I work in; it would be nice to be able to integrate it into other programs I work out of more frequently. I do enjoy being able to have a program where I can track my goals and job growth.
Provides survey templates with benchmark data from all other users, grouped by industry and company size.
Very user-friendly analytics of the post-survey results- easy to apply filers, graphs, charts, heat maps, great visuals. The data and charts are also very easy to extract in several different formats such as Excel, PDF, and CSV.
Extremely easy to share results with leaders/managers, apply security permissions for only parts of the data if you don't want to share full company results.
They also have a library with very helpful/guided PowerPoint and storytelling templates for preparing a high-level overview of results and presentations.
For some reason, you need to sign in every time you reopen the browser
It would be nice to have a notebook section where I can follow up on the courses I'm undergoing and the tools I'm learning, and to be able to share that progress with colleagues and on social media
If it incorporates all the organization, Culture Amp could offer a culture map so strategic improvements can be made for the organization
So I would give it a 10 once it is integrated, but because the integration was a challenge and I found the customer service to not be concierge level enough, I would have to lower it to an 8 for that reason.
because it has positive impact on both employee and business. It streamlined performance review , made feedback more consistent and improved visibility and it helped a lot in setting up specific reminders for tasks and recognition.it also build transparency in setting up reviews and feedbacks. its easy to use and integrate.
Lattice Support is not that good. We have had to have calls with them in the past and their product team did not have a lot of knowledge about their product. I believe they are able to provide a much better level of service and that would increase my likelihood to work with them again.
I've used other products like IBM Kenexa as well as about 10 different engagement surveys. I've also used things like SurveyMonkey and Microsoft Forms and Culture Amp for companies that want to make decisions using better data. I would say Culture Amp was far and away better. Culture Amp stacks up and blows the competition away with the level of data you can dig into without being able to see what individuals set.
These other platforms are great at their own thing- like payroll for the most part, but some don't have native performance tools at all (ADP), and some are just so shallow and designed to just check the must-have boxes for orgs primarily focused on Payroll. Gusto and TriNet/Zenefits try to be all-in-one solutions, but their foundations are payroll and HRIS, respectively, so their performance and engagement tools are either missing or severely lacking
a different method to reaching the whole company that isn't through email or slack, not cluttering peoples inbox but having a dedicated space for praises and goal planning
where company data about personnel is stored and a way to engage with them and set up cadences for meeting and feedback, giving us a one stop shop instead of multiple avenues
a forum where we do all company surveys. from engagement surveys to mid-year reviews. makes this process streamlined and less fussy and confusing
