All-in-one performance platform for engagement, goals, reviews, 1:1, department information, feedback, growth plans, and a robust management system and smart workflows, and a great tool for remote-first companies and seamless integrations with Slack, calendars, and each tool in …
Even though ClickUp is mainly an HR platform, it can be used for a variety of purposes. The features are just right and it is straightforward and simple to use. Many of these platforms tend to add many features, which end up causing an overwhelming feeling but it has been …
Lattice is more fully featured than BambooHR on the performance management functionality. It allows greater customization and more capabilities. If your company is mid-sized or large, Lattice is the way to go. However, it does require having some staff dedicated to …
Lattice outperforms PeopleHR for a people development system, we continue to use PeopleHR for the HR functionality of the system but rather than having everyone upload their document with no real tracking on is one of the main reasons we have chosen to adopt Lattice. Lattice is …
At the time lattice allowed us to move off these two systems and use a single service. Both GTMhub and officeVibe were better tools but having a single sorce of trueth for our employees was more important. Since then officeVibe has caught up to Lattice and I can see it being a …
I don't remember the name of the specific product that I used previously, however, Lattice is the best performance tracker that I've used in comparison to the tools used at my previous jobs - some of which were more manual created a heavier lift for the user.
Lattice was the only platform we did a deep dive into. It was exactly what we were looking for and the reason we went with them is because of the public feedback module they have built-in as that was a really important aspect for us.
The above tools do different things than Lattice. Lattice is more of a review system and greenhouse is for hiring and slack is for communication. I think Lattice is better in communication as you are talking through the issues rather than someone reading them in a chat. …
I was not part of the evaluation process but having used both, I would say that Lattice has more features and use cases then HighFive, which was fitting for our HR team as they were looking for a partner that can provide more to the broader team, and Lattice has proven to be …
We previously used ADP's Performance Mgmt module and found it to not meet any of our needs. In the fall of 2020, I sourced/contacted three vendors - Lattice, Goal Span & Performance Culture & had demos of their offerings. Lattice checked all of the boxes we were seeking; …
Compared to Zenefits that we used in the past Lattice is more powerful as it allows to link performance management to setting and achieving goals all in one place. Lattice is much easier and more comprehensive to use especially in a multi-team project setting as it allows to …
I don't think there is a natural substitute for Lattice. Trello has some of the same functionalities in terms of assigning items directly to individuals, but Lattice does a better job at tracking and grading the level of completion for each task. I haven't found any decent …
Weekdone started as a pilot within a single team so we didn't have a formal evaluation and selection process. When the pilot was over, we had developed a skill and affinity for the tool with no clear objections, so no other tools were considered. Our process for regular …
Lattice is very well versed in all things with performance and goals, but it is a separate program from the rest I work in; it would be nice to be able to integrate it into other programs I work out of more frequently. I do enjoy being able to have a program where I can track my goals and job growth.
Weekdone is an incredible tool for helping teams see what their future plans are and the progress that has been made to get accomplish those plans. We use the platform for a way to track things we're working on during the quarter by breaking them down into weekly tasks. It is helpful that we can link each task to our quarterly objectives and set a due date. We can also tag colleagues in our plans and add comments and/or attachments for easy sharing throughout the organization.
User setup and management and team/department creation is not a trivial effort. Requires some deliberate planning.
The deadlines for plans don't connect to the due dates for tasks in systems of record. That can get confusing when Asana says a task is due next week but Weekdone still has a due date of tomorrow.
I'd love to see more contextual support for sections like employee feedback. Maybe a sentence or two suggesting feedback based on the report's weekly entry. If a person had three Problems and only one Progress, Weekdone could suggest some corrective action to make it easier for the management to mitigate problems before they get ugly.
because it has positive impact on both employee and business. It streamlined performance review , made feedback more consistent and improved visibility and it helped a lot in setting up specific reminders for tasks and recognition.it also build transparency in setting up reviews and feedbacks. its easy to use and integrate.
Lattice Support is not that good. We have had to have calls with them in the past and their product team did not have a lot of knowledge about their product. I believe they are able to provide a much better level of service and that would increase my likelihood to work with them again.
We have a lunch and learn session with Weekdone next week so they can share their tips and tricks for making the most out of the platform. Since we have been using the platform for a while already, this will be helpful so we can ensure we are making the most of the tool.
These other platforms are great at their own thing- like payroll for the most part, but some don't have native performance tools at all (ADP), and some are just so shallow and designed to just check the must-have boxes for orgs primarily focused on Payroll. Gusto and TriNet/Zenefits try to be all-in-one solutions, but their foundations are payroll and HRIS, respectively, so their performance and engagement tools are either missing or severely lacking
Weekdone started as a pilot within a single team so we didn't have a formal evaluation and selection process. When the pilot was over, we had developed a skill and affinity for the tool with no clear objections, so no other tools were considered. Our process for regular evaluation of incumbent technology at renewal time asks us to consider the cost to value ratio and user adoption/satisfaction. I don't anticipate there being any reason to consider alternatives, other than the long term viability of small software companies.
a different method to reaching the whole company that isn't through email or slack, not cluttering peoples inbox but having a dedicated space for praises and goal planning
where company data about personnel is stored and a way to engage with them and set up cadences for meeting and feedback, giving us a one stop shop instead of multiple avenues
a forum where we do all company surveys. from engagement surveys to mid-year reviews. makes this process streamlined and less fussy and confusing
