Sitemprove offers content insights and recommendations in a prioritized list to improve the impact of changes. It is available through three solution packages (Inclusivity, Content Experience, and Marketing Performance).
This was a customer decision (we are a marketing agency), but Lead Forensics stacks up well against the competitors. As an agency, we like more data, but for what the sales team needed in Lead analysis from the website, this is a powerful tool.
I’ve used SalesIntel primarily for contact data, but I haven’t explored its web tracking features. What sets Lead Forensics apart is how quickly it delivers actionable insights from site visits. It helps me identify engaged accounts and prioritize follow-up without extra …
I personally use sales intel in tandem with Lead Forensics. They provide different set of data. Lead Forensics is a great tool for helping open up to new markets that you might not have realized existed. It’s an excellent tool for anyone in any facet of sales, worth the money …
Lead Forensics offers a simpler user journey and is very cost-effective! Additionally, the customer service I've received has been phenomenal. Our Customer Success Manager schedules monthly check-ins to ensure we get the most out of the platform and helps us address any issues …
Lead Forensics was the only platform we evaluated that offered the ability to search for contacts by specific departments—a key factor in our decision to move forward with it.
Lead Forensics is definitely more economical for a team and provides a lot more information on companies while also still providing the insights on contacts working for the company.
Back in 2013, we used to run Marketo and a big appeal of it was its IP inference ability. In my opinion, Lead Forensics is a more "complete" product, love the ability that I can drop it in multiple websites and not having an increase in cost, love the granularity of the reports …
I had previous experience of the product so the selection process was more about integration with our new CRM and the ability to be able to set up quickly and the onboarding team were fantastic
Lead Forensics data was more accurate and in-depth. I pay more for it but get a larger volume of leads. I also find the contacts to be better too. I did a test between the two and the accountant manager was less salesy and helped me learn the product and its benefits.
LF consistently identifies more companies than any tool we have used. We run comparisons about twice a year just to see if there is a better tool, haven't found one in 7 years.
Lead Forensics offers more detailed insights to the customers or potential customers. It also notifies me of website traffic; we don't have another tool that is better then Lead Forensics. I do like Zoom--it has a lot more contact info and allows you to filter the results to …
Lead Forensics is a leader on its side, but the other platforms can do more tracking and give you more details about the visits and can target to an exact person. They are all great tools and each one has its [own] special ability to help you close more deals.
I prefer Siteimprove to all above for their easy to view and use dashboards. The visual aspect of SiteImprove makes it easy to pick up for everyone - as we have experienced in our team. We've only had 1 training session on it, as opposed to the multiple for the other things we …
Siteimprove provides richer features when it comes to how granular you can define policies and metrics for search engine optimization and content relevance. It is also much easier to set up and maintain the sites that you want to administer. However, pricing wise is more costly …
Compared to any other tool I've used, Siteimprove is the best. Many tasks that I used to do manually have become more accessible and faster due to it. The visual scanning of issues is what makes it the best. It's simple to find problems, fix them, and track how far we've come. …
I do like Siteimprove, but we are moving on to Monsido purely for costs. Monsido costs a third less than Siteimprove and offers the same functionality.
We have used or tested other tools that get installed on a computer or that are hosted online, but none of them offer the features that come with Siteimprove. TotalValidator Pro will check your site for accessibility issues, but it is a manual check and there is no historical …
In terms of WCAG, accessiBE is the more value oriented product with easy to understand results, less false positives, better WCAG results. That said, it's also a single focused tool, whereas Siteimprove is geared towards overarching web governance. There are simply no other …
Siteimprove is superior to Ahrefs due to it's clean and intuitive user interface and seamless navigation. Ahrefs contains a more robuts data set but the information is often difficult to locate and take action on because of how it's displayed to users. Siteimprove has less data …
When you have people coming to your website and you want to know which pages they look at, how long they are there, and when they leave. Also when you want to know their industry, their company, and what led them to your website. You can really get a customer profile.
Simple, easy-to-deploy accessibility that automatically scans, remediates and provides proof of compliance once the process is complete. It is ideal for people who want to make their website much more accessible and provide their users with an intuitive adjustable interface.
Lead Forensics helps us see which companies are visiting our site, even if they don’t fill out a form. This gives us a chance to reach out to businesses that are already showing interest but might not have contacted us yet.
Instead of cold-calling random prospects, we can see which pages a company has viewed and how often they return. This helps us tailor our conversations based on what they’re actually interested in.
The Lead Forensics support team has been great whenever we’ve had questions. They’re quick to respond and always ready to help, whether it’s troubleshooting an issue or offering advice on how to get the most out of the platform.
User-friendly customisable dashboards, easy to make a dashboard from a template, or create your own, and add in whichever 'widgets' are relevant for what you are looking at
Flagging words to review, allowing users to check and confirm if the word is 'accepted' or is a misspelling
Better updates on companies' current names. Often if a company was a different company years ago it still says the old company name which is confusing.
Better identifying the correct location. Sometimes it seems like that the location coming up is the wrong location.
Giving a better understanding of how they got to the website would help too. Often is says "direct" but I would like to know if it was via a link from an email or what
I don't like that there are different navigation paths to go from point A to point B. When I want to navigate to a specific place, I have more than one way to get there, which means I have to make a decision about how I want to there and I'd rather the designer make that design based on what would be most efficient for me.
Lead Forensics dashboard is fantastic. Lets me see what companies are hitting what parts of the website so I know what to offer them. Often times I’ll offer one thing, only to get told no. Then the client goes to the website and pokes around at other things we offer. Then they reach out to me asking about different services, or next time I reach out I can offer what they were looking at.
Tool has undergone numerous changes, both to function and UX/CX. Makes it less than user friendly at times. But on the other hand, that does indicate a willingness to improve the product in a continual manner - which they've done nearly year after year - but it's always a case of who moved my cheese with each new iteration.
[Their] support is great, [whether] you call or send in an email. They are always friendly and willing to help. Anytime I can’t figure something out and need to reach out, I always get a response back quick[ly] - and they will always offer to go in and make the change, but I like when they show me so I can do it next time.
I've used support often and it has been responsive, thorough and considerate of our needs. I can get a tech right away, they understand the issue, and work with us to resolve it. Often the problem is with the site we are trying to scan, sometimes it is with their product. I appreciate that they go beyond support into continually helping us implement SiteImprove in more places with 3rd party integration.
I’ve used SalesIntel primarily for contact data, but I haven’t explored its web tracking features. What sets Lead Forensics apart is how quickly it delivers actionable insights from site visits. It helps me identify engaged accounts and prioritize follow-up without extra effort. For our needs, Lead Forensics offered a more immediate impact on sales productivity and customer engagement.
Siteimprove provides richer features when it comes to how granular you can define policies and metrics for search engine optimization and content relevance. It is also much easier to set up and maintain the sites that you want to administer. However, pricing wise is more costly which can be a constraint for smaller organizations.
We are still in the very early stages of using Lead Forensics for our agency, but I can see that it could already be very useful to us as we haven't had insights like this previously.
Our very first use case with Lead Forensics was with a brand-new client and I would say it went exceptionally well. We were running a large media campaign for them, and it was very insightful to see how those specific businesses were getting to the site and what page they were going to. Like mentioned previously, this helped their very small sales team to go after businesses they know were interested in them.
