Select Lifesize Video Conferencing because it is an online meeting software that has a robust interface, a pleasant interface, and solutions that we can take full advantage of, it offers immediate solutions for screen sharing communication through the web or app. It has worked …
While it is not the most resourceful, it meets our needs and comes at a cost that our business can afford. Why pay more? That's why we have Lifesize Video Conferencing.
Lifesize Video Conferencing had a comparable video picture to Polycom, but it appeared to require for more bandwidth. As if it wasn't being compressed at all. But the major factor for us was that Lifesize Video Conferencing (at least at the time) was not able to integrate with …
Lifesize Video Conferencing is providing all major features at a reasonable cost as compared to other competitors. The audio and video qualities on offer are also comparable and sometimes superior w. r. t. other players in market. There are no issues in hardware/software …
There is no doubt Skype is the first video calling program that I started using first in my life. It was working good but there are some aspects where Lifesize [Video Conferencing] works better than Skype because it has introduced new features for scheduling meetings and …
The cost of Lifesize Video Conferencing is very affordable compared to other applications on the market. The audio and video quality is not as consistent as a ZOOM, Webex or Doxy.me. We have experienced the video shaking, the audio delays or dropping sporadically. We were …
The presence of the camera and microphone in all the meeting rooms we have is amazing. The video and audio quality are great and you really feel as if you were in-person speaking. We love to use Lifesize and are very used to make video calls every day at all times.
Cisco Webex required us to have webcams on all users, whereas Lifesize can utilize a single device (camera) that multiple employees can use at once. I also think that the video quality on the Lifesize camera is exceptional. The meeting software is relatively easy to use and is …
For the TOC, I would say Lifsize has been good. We do use a combination of Lifesize and Polycom endpoints. Polycom does have more capabilities but at a higher cost.
As per my knowledge, Lifesize Video Conferencing is the only OEM that provides hardware, video conferencing software, integration of both hardware & software as a one-stop-shop for a variety of hardware devices, & a number of software plans. [We are interested in] 4 k; lifesize …
When compared to Zoom, one of the massive benefits that Lifesize brings is total peace of mind with security. Call encryption is part of the core in Lifesize and not an optional feature as in Zoom. I don't know about you, but every conversation can contain private and …
We couldn't move away from it fast enough. I don't want to recommend the platform that we went to, as I'm not here to promote. Rather, I'm compelled to explain to people just how bad my experience was with Lifesize and make sure that people know what they are in for.
Security is important so we use both depending on what is required. The low bandwidth has an advantage for multiple users and the locations can mute the conversation to talk with themselves in Lifesize. Zoom has controls for the moderator and not the individual.
This video conferencing has been chosen by the company service desk. I am not sure how they made the choice and selected LifeSize from across all the companies providing similar solutions. I have not asked them for the reason they chose this product over others.
We liked the LifeSize audio and video equipment. Its proprietary but the quality of the hardware (such as the lens for the camera) is very high end. This makes for clear image transmission and high video quality. It allows for big conference\meeting room setups without …
Lifesize is a combined hardware/software solution that provides rock-solid and high-fidelity communications. It really shines in larger organizations that have dedicated conference facilities and the staff to maintain those properly. The quality is unmatched, and I have never …
I consider Webex, GoToMeeting, and Zoom to be in a different category since they focus more on the screen share element and video is secondary. With Lifesize Video Conferencing, that is reversed.
Lifesize is much less expensive, both in terms of the purchase price as well as in terms of the total maintenance costs. Setup, implementation, and administration are all much easier with Lifesize than with the Polycom units. Updates are simple to install, and the software is …
We only implemented the Lifesize video conferencing system because a bullheaded C level executive demanded it. I recommended against it throughout the entire process, as it is a poor implementation of all the technology it uses.
Users who are familiar with Skype but are looking for more robust features will absolutely love Lifesize! You get all of the ease of Skype paired with all of the features of a high-end video conference system in one easy-to-use package. A big factor that sets Lifesize apart is …
It doesn't. If I have to choose a new system again I would choose Zoom over Lifesize with no doubt, actually, I don't think I will never recommend lifesize. Again, I think it is super expensive in comparison to other products and doesn't offer better quality or better features …
Zoom was very cumbersome to use and it was difficult to manage the recordings. Lifesize offers the ability to easily conference with other Lifesize units as well as individuals on their personal computers, you can switch presenters from one to another swiftly, and there's no …
I think there's much better options out there. In a small setting, they might be suitable but I don't believe they scale very well in any medium-large size businesses. We wanted to take advantage of things like a Microsoft Exchange calendar, a "Join Now" button and integrating with Teams. These are all things that our company made a sizeable investment on and in order to take things to the next level, we had to move on from Lifesize Video Conferencing.
StarLeaf is good because it is allowing our Company and global teams to create and conduct meetings and video calls. However, the mic often has issues as well as connection problems. The mobile app is excellent for joining the video conf calls.
International users have experienced spotty/jittery sound and video.
Connecting to meetings that are on different conferencing services is very clunky and not end user friendly.
Being able to remote control the camera from a mobile device would be nice. If a change is needed during a meeting, the menu is pretty large and draws plenty of attention and distracts the audience.
I have a lot of Lifesize hardware and I do like Cloud but I am always watching the market for a company that will finally nail this space. I feel like Lifesize has a solid head start but I hope they can create a vision for the marketplace and execute in a meaningful way.
Overall experience with Lifesize Video Conferencing has been great. While it serves it's basic purpose of allowing smooth video/audio meetings of people located at different places with option of screen sharing/chatting/ recording, what add to it's pros are it's accessibility from various platforms, flexibility to switch to a listen only mode in case of network issues and ease of operation.
Since we are an educational institution we not only have scheduled classes which must be available, but we have staff members in a variety of areas ranging from recruiting and admissions to advancement and the President's office who need to connect with students, alumni and other interest groups, often at odd hours. I have not, since using Lifesize had anyone complain of not being able to connect
Lifesize is an amazing platform for VC. However, it is a costly solution for any scaling startup. However, implementation and user acceptability was fairly easy and worth the additional spend. Quality has always been on point and support has always taken care of us. Our account manager also ensured a seamless transition process for Google Hangouts. Will go with this solution again at any other organization.
Most of the front-line call takers are only as knowledgeable enough to tell you to reboot or reset. If your issue is more complicated than that, it will need to be escalated. On the other hand - most of our problems have been on our network side. The techs are ALWAYS super nice and try to be as helpful as possible. They do care about fixing the problem.
Sensus was really helpful in the initial setup and training of our technical Support Team. Sensus gave us training on site so that it would be our own equipment that was set up. Then the in house tech team took over to train other users who would be using the system. When needed the Sensus and Lifesize tech support were really helpful in trouble shooting or guiding us through any difficulty.
I gave this rating because Lifesize's website offers multiple quality videos that shows you exactly how the software works. The videos are divided into different categories which makes searching for a video fairly simple! If for some reason you have a question not answered in one of the how-tos you can always contact support. Excellent product, excellent service!
Great for companies that need to accomplish multiple things at once while at different places. From our experience, broadcasting news is most favorable considering the level of excellence you get with the product plus the affordability. It can be used both privately amongst employees, or shared publicly through covering events
Select Lifesize Video Conferencing because it is an online meeting software that has a robust interface, a pleasant interface, and solutions that we can take full advantage of, it offers immediate solutions for screen sharing communication through the web or app. It has worked perfectly for me, offering quality and security as well as being fast and with a free trial, which adjusts to the needs of its users.
With LifeSize Cloud, it's very easy to simply add another Icon to your system and join it to your cloud. You can easily and instantly create meetings and add users both in your organization and out without any difficulty. The cooperation between the Icons and cloud users running on their laptops makes it easy to scale this out to your entire company, including joint venture without difficulty.
First the cost of licensing was significantly lower than other applications. We were able to experience an almost immediate return on investment now having the ability to bill the health plans for Virtual Visits.
Again, the lower cost of licensing allowed us to provide more users within the company with license. I am unable to share the specifics of our contract with Lifesize Video Conferencing. What I can say is the price made it easy for us to subscribe to Lifesize.
