Litera Desktop has many functions, but it is still a user-friendly program. Very easy to implement and easy to train. We send a variety of documents to clients and other legal professionals electronically. Litera will clean and scrub documents so that there is no hidden metadata when the documents are transferred. This keeps not only our clients and their files safe, but it keeps our email programs safe and clean as well.

Would it be a good idea for me to pick ProWritingAid? Absolutely yes, if you are searching for an online writing coach and you like to write in MS Word, possibly this is the most ideal choice for you. There are many tips that they offer you. Once you analyze the writing, they will suggest corrections and suggestions such as highlighting the quotation marks and the use of the passive voice. Also, it matches the use of quotes, which is remarkable and cannot be found in any other software. Also, ProWritingAid is one of those premium applications that integrates very well with Mac OS. For example, when you are willing to write a post in WordPress. The ProWritingAid extension in the Chrome plugin works like a charm with no lag and works accurately to find suggestions for you

  • You need to be careful when using a PDF Filler to turn off (easily done by un-checking a box that pops up alongside the forwarding email) the Metadata removal, as it will empty everything from the PDF form that you just added.

  • One of the websites I visit has troubles with the addon.
  • Another typical issue is that some of the "correction lines" that appear under the text do not match.
  • The only drawback is that in order to get good content, you must copy and paste it into a new document in My Home for ProWritingAid.

Usability
They have done a good job of now overloading Workshare Compare with extra features it doesn't need. This does a couple of things:
  1. It means the interface doesn't have too many menus or too many buttons to click. Everything is straightforward and easy to use.
  2. It keeps the software fast.
  3. It makes it easy on the user to decide when you do and do not need to use this software.

Massive help with candidate facing communication whereas sourcing message, offer letters or rejection notes. Saves time and brain power whereas helps to avoid rewring and overthinking for emails or linkedin postings. Performance
I gave Workshare Compare such a high rating because I don't think I could do my job without it. It has just become so integral to my workflow, that if I were to ever change jobs I think I would have to insist my new employer to me a license. It is fast and just works 99% of the time. It is very rare that it gives me errors, and when it does it's likely because the underlying document is corrupted, not because of any issues with Workshare Compare.

The only other program I've used that performs a similar function is Microsoft Word, which does have a comparison feature built in. However, I find the Microsoft Word comparison harder to read and slightly less accurate. For example, I think Workshare Compare does a much better job in determining when you have moved the text to another part of the document (rather than showing it as a regular deletion in one place and in another place).

The great similarity that these three tools contain is that through it the entire organization can check the plagiarism of their projects and reports and their authenticity, through DupliChecker our organization used it for the creation and development of unique reports without spelling errors or grammatical, the difference of Grammarly is that it only allows you to check grammar and spelling errors, our company currently prefers ProWritingAid because without a doubt it is a tool that helps everyone to improve writing, eliminate plagiarized texts from other sources and all grammatical errors.
