While the other cameras offer similar solutions, we found for the price to features, the meetup met our needs the best. With the trio, we had issues with Poly's software which the meetup gets around by being able to plug directly into a PC. The panacast, while it worked very …
We used to use a small Logitech USB camera/mic and the built-in speakers on the TV. The upgrade to the MeetUp was very noticeable and highly recommended. We were very impressed with the build quality of the device and the camera's ability to tilt and pan is quite impressive.
We have used cisco board before we evaluate Neat Board. In cisco board we are not getting native teams meeting experience. We need CVI license to join teams meeting from cisco board and the quality and experience is not up to the mark in CVI calls. Live power point presentation …
The Logitech MeetUp thrives in a huddle / small room environment. The fish-eye lens on the camera has a very wide range of vision and allows participants to sitting close to the screen. The mic array does a good job picking up voices and the speaker has a balanced tone and sufficient volume. Not suitable for larger rooms. The Rally would be a better solution.
If you are looking for zoom or teams room solution then Neat Board is great product. It has native zoom and teams functionality so that you can directly join zoom and teams meeting from Neat Board with native application experience. It has USB passthrough option for BYOD. HDMI out for second screen and sensor helps to maintain room quality.
While the other cameras offer similar solutions, we found for the price to features, the meetup met our needs the best. With the trio, we had issues with Poly's software which the meetup gets around by being able to plug directly into a PC. The panacast, while it worked very well, we would have still needed to pair it with the rest of the equipment for a full experience. With the meetup, we have only needed the meetup, the PC, and an iPad as a controller.
