The product becomes less appropirate to SMB segments as the per device licensing becomes very difficult as there are various applications available as a free ware. • The product it self cannot be deemed very expensive
• It does what it is buit for, hence I am doubtful that there could be a proper means to calculate the ROI of the product
• This tool is defenetly a must for admins as when they tend to leave the organization this tool can be really helpful in knowledge transfer sessions.
