| Considered Both Products | Chose Lumesse (Discontinued) Lumesse is a basic ATS; I was not part of the decision to select Lumesse. It does not have features like Taleo or myStaffingPro where interviews can be directly scheduled. It also lacks SAP ability to directly send out assessments. Lumesse handles the most basic of functions … Chose Lumesse (Discontinued) N/A - This is the only applicant tracking system I've used. Chose Lumesse (Discontinued) I have used Taleo (implemented and user adminstrator) and Lumesse's access to international candidates/clients is better, however the user interface of Taleo was easier to manuver. Chose Lumesse (Discontinued) PeopleSoft was broader than Lumesse, we integrated Lumesse with Workday and it was a good fit because each did things particularily well, and more effectively than PeopleSoft. |
