Likelihood to Recommend	Until recently, we had Macola as our ERP software and used another software for CRM purposes. We had to use a third party software to connect the two. We are now using Macola for both CRM and ERP and it is working great. Not only do we manage all internal aspects of business but are able to keep up with customers and vendors within the same software linking orders directly to customers. Although it has the capabilities to be a one-stop-shop program, it seriously lacks the interface necessary for wide use. I've had to consult Sage professionals on numerous occasions to explain and walk me through the program as there are so many redundancies. The underlying client software is written in an old version of Microsoft Visual Basic.
