We have multiple endpoints, actually, we have for our laptops as well, but particularly for Office 365, this is the only one that we've been using. We've not used anything since we moved to Office 365.
They are not entirely in the same category, or have the same functionality, but before we had Microsoft Defender for Office 365, the only security we had was in the form of Zscaler products, and filtering and inspection, etc done by our service provider which was Orange …
Sentinel One. Well, we have two different products at the same time. Just see which one is the best fit for our business. So nowadays we're using both at the same time.
I think we looked at other endpoint security or other security tools out there that were not as well. I don't remember the names at the point, they were not as well integrated with Azure. So this made a lot of sense.
The Sony al, then what do you call the Google deal then the Microsoft 365 Defender, these three products I have used. It's a very secure interest. Trustworthy, that's why. Only because of the trust and it has, I say to use this, I would say.
Mailprotector offers a resilient solution at an affordable rate that makes it perfect for small and medium businesses. Larger organizations or businesses that are frequently targeted with phishing messages may not find Mailprotector to be the suitable. Recent phishing trends are commonly making it through their filters, so I would discourage businesses that experience frequent attacks from using this product.
It's well suited for our physical deployment of remote people and sort of a SaaS company. It exists in cyberspace, so that's really very constructive. Where it's not, these sort of very specific data sets and sort of identity protection for customers, it's not as useful and it may not be one of its core purposes, but we're trying to use it for that as well.
I think it needs to be tuned correctly. For example, afterwards I tried to go in and print once after the implementation was done, I went in and tried to print a file or export a document. Just not possible, which just means it's great, works really well, but it also means that you have to tune your data categorization very carefully.
Mailprotector provides a guided installation that not only helps the administrator quickly deploy the solution, but it also provides a real-time update to let you know if any change was successfully applied. Our users prefer the interface and filtering reports over the competing products. Mailprotector has consistently done a better job of filtering spam than the other solutions we've tried.
They are not entirely in the same category, or have the same functionality, but before we had Microsoft Defender for Office 365, the only security we had was in the form of Zscaler products, and filtering and inspection, etc done by our service provider which was Orange Business Services at that point in time. However, I'm sure this stacks up very nicely amongst the others out there.
It has been a positive impact on the ROI. When we moved to being a remote-first company, it has give us all the positive return of investment of anything that we have put in the product for employees working across the world during Covid times. It has helped us achieve those results seamlessly.
