Maropost Marketing Cloud vs. Sitecore Send

Moosend has industry-leading features and budget friendly plans suitable for budget-minded businesses. It enables businesses to execute marketing campaigns successfully and has robust workflow automation. I recommend their Pro plan to any marketing professional out there because of how it helps to strategically handle all marketing needs by boosting the level of automation.

• Support: we were given a go to support person who is basically an account executive who oversaw our progress and was there to assist us with whatever we may need.

• The Sales Department shouldn't promise the customer what support can't deliver on.
• They should also brush up on some ethics courses. It's appalling to me how they conduct business. Buyer beware.

• If you have more than 1000 subscribers you will be required to upgrade to the Pro plan.

Pretty straight forward but it takes sometime to get used to. Not exactly like WordPress or other open source cms but it gets the job done

Though relatively responsive, the responses were always utterly unhelpful and sometime not even relevant to the questions we asked. It quickly became apparent that it was outsourced copy/paste support.

Maropost is most closely related to iContact in that it's main purpose is to send e-mail. iContact is less expensive, but it inbox deliverability and open rate are less than half that of Maropost's. Also, Maropost has more automated list management features, which makes it more efficient. Maropost is a far better e-mail service provider than Infusionsoft, but it can't replace Infusionsoft. Infusionsoft's marketing automation capabilities are leaps and bounds ahead of Maropost. In our organization, we use both of these software side by side. Infusionsoft manages all of our marketing automation and Maropost is used for any e-mail blasts to our list.

I have used Maropost for quite some time but I found Moosend a powerful application for marketing projects. We just make the project and invite our team; the remaining work is handled by this application. It never let us down in making strong plans for promotions and providing the communication among the customers and company. Nothing can beat this application in making work flow, and we admit its strategies to make the company marketing strong and in the pipeline are also in consideration to put forward for implementation.

• It took a while for sales to reach what it is, but the move to Maropost Sales Cloud definitely spiked our return.

• Moosend is quite affordable (500,000 emails for $500), so it's easy to see an ROI. It only takes a few recipients converting to make a campaign worth the spend.
