Meetin.gs is best when it comes to interaction with customers to resolve their issues. Sharing a remote session while connected on audio does wonders. We can ask for any information which we find out or need during the remote session. In fact, I believe there are no scenarios where it cannot be put to use.
Meetin.gs has great potential for sure. I feel they do a better job of bringing in customer CRM info to weave it in with meetings. There needs to be more automations and deeper functionality in order to compete with the larger competitors in their space. If they were able to incorporate SMS more into their system then I think that would go a long way
