The platform’s AI-generated captions, evergreen “recycle” rules, and simple approval process keep our content running smoothly and on brand, while built-in analytics offer enough insight to optimise timing and formats without needing enterprise-level features. We haven’t faced any major restrictions; when an API change caused a hiccup, Publer’s support team fixed it within a day. Agencies that require in-depth white-label reporting or detailed short-form video metrics might need additional tools, but for a small or medium-sized enterprise seeking seamless scheduling, quick optimisation, and responsive support, Publer hits the mark.
It would be good to see better integration of the Instagram platform, when it comes to using trending audio, getting template inspiration etc, but this may be limited by the available API.
Hashtag analysis and suggestion is pretty limited, and this is a feature in the higher paid accounts.
The UI for Publer has a great look and feel and it is very easy to use. When I first started using Publer I was very happy that it all seemed intuitive and the adding of social channels and setting up profiles works very smoothly as well. Overall very easy to use.
Publer actually uses ChatGPT as a friend, it's not a similar product. You can use ChatGPT inside Publer to increase the quality of the posts and the texts that you can use in the posts, and also the comments in the post, and also other things in the posts. It's great.
