Microsoft Exchange Online Archiving vs. OpenText Information Archiving

Native solution. No third-party integration is required. Rock-solid. Actually many features require no extra cost (unless you want to use In-Place Hold / Litigation Hold) If you use Microsoft 365's Exchange Plan, or other similar Microsoft 365 products, I don't see any reason why you should not use this.

OpenText archive center is much appreciated with Data retention and encryption. Less appreciated when if you need to make changes to the system every time we need technical support from OpenText.

One of the advantages of Microsoft Exchange Online is that it eliminates the need for users to use a variety of online tools and programs for different functions. With a single domain, I'm able to supply all my employees with cross-platform email addresses. We can simply sync our calendars, which makes it easier to work together.
