One of the advantages of Microsoft Exchange Online is that it eliminates the need for users to use a variety of online tools and programs for different functions. With a single domain, I'm able to supply all my employees with cross-platform email addresses. We can simply sync …
We use Dropbox for normal uses (share files, share information that is not critical). Cryoserver was tested by the IT team and decided that if we have 365 Exchange, we do not need Cryoserver.

Native solution. No third-party integration is required. Rock-solid. We have had a couple of legal inquiries which required us to review emails for a user or users. Using the Barracuda Cloud Archiving Service, we have been able to perform searches quickly, narrowing or expanding the search criteria is easy, resulting in exactly what we were looking for. This has saved us with claims for collections, as well as a couple of legal HR matters. It is my trusted go to application.

Sonian does not currently offer email management systems such as Email continuity, spam protection etc., which you can get through other archiving suppliers as an all-in-one bundled solution with email archiving included.
We only need support when initially setting it up. We really have not had to call for user or help support on this product. It has always worked and is always easy to use.
