Native solution. No third-party integration is required. Rock-solid. Actually many features require no extra cost (unless you want to use In-Place Hold / Litigation Hold) If you use Microsoft 365's Exchange Plan, or other similar Microsoft 365 products, I don't see any reason why you should not use this.

  • Automatic archival of mail based on criteria.
  • Keep mailboxes to a manageable size.
  • Avoid having to manually delete older mail or export to PST.

  • Only its training curve is not that short.
  • To protective large amount of data may be trick to some users.
  • The import of big data capability can be still be advanced.
