The Shift browser merges web apps into a single window, streamlining work online and providing access to thousands of apps without leaving the browser.
Windows' Internet Explorer is a lightening rod for Malware and is targeted by malicious parties far more than any similar program. Mozilla Firefox's different approach tends to generate far more goodwill.
Mozilla Firefox stacks up very well alongside similar products. There has not been a feature I have needed that a similar product had that was lacking from Mozilla Firefox. The product has been developed very well and updates have been effective at maintaining security. I have …
All browsers used are very similar and all offer quite great features to help developers build websites. In our case we use a list of browsers in order to do cross browser testing to make sure our sites work well on all browsers. Mozilla Firefox is fast, intuitive and helps us …
Mozilla Firefox defeats all common web browsers for Windows and Linux environments in terms of accessibility features, customization, and debugging. Mozilla Firefox uses a different Javascript engine than Chrome, Brave, and Edge (which are all shared using Google's V8 engine) …
Firefox stands toe to toe with any other web browser on the market. From comparable features and capabilities, there's nothing that my team can't do with Mozilla that we can do with any other leading product. Developer tools, speed, reliability, customization options, add-ins, …
Mozilla Firefox is faster, more efficient, and has less "bloatware" than Microsoft Edge, which is a frustrating and inefficient browser. It is a much smoother and more pleasant browsing experience.
When I decided on Firefox, it was well beyond the other browsers. Today, the competition is catching up but Firefox still seems to be a bit more innovative.
Firefox is faster and a lot more user friendly. It feels safer, and more up to date. The extensions and updates are easier to handle. The custom looks and options put it far ahead. Ad blocking and safety also seem to be better. I don't feel as good about safe searching on chrome.
I will always pick Mozilla Firefox as my first choice because of the user friendly look and because of the reduction in ads that you see. My second choice would be Chrome because it is the preferred browser in many organizations but if given the chance I will always go to …
I used to use a similar product called Station. In all honesty, Station was better but was discontinued. Shift is the nearest equivalent and works just as well. Station was free, Shift is an annual payment so I have peace of mind it's more likely to be around for the long term.
While I have not looked into other apps, I have considered (and do use, to some extent), Google Profiles. In my opinion, Shift is much preferable to Google Profiles and works much better!
Microsoft 365 is great in terms of the features of each program, but switching between the programs isn't quick. Shift allows me to manage my email accounts and my Google Drives, as well as create documents, spreadsheets, and slides using Google's tools all within the same …
I also use Mailplane but it's not on the list. Shift just works and works really well. I dont like apps that try to be something that it's not, adding silly features just because. With Shift I load the app and I can see all the emails and other apps I need to get my work done.
EasyMail had issues for me. It worked a lot like the browser version of Gmail and lacked some of the features Shift provides. I haven't used it in a while, but when I was using it, I often had difficulty printing and saving emails and attachments. Mailbird is very good, but …
Shift stood out because it’s like having multiple of the other apps all rolled into one. It handles email better than most others multi-account switching better than Outlook, and app organization better than Station. If you’re managing multiple email accounts and communication …
You can not even compare Shift to those two. Those two UI are very difficult to navigate, the softwares also lag compared to Shift. They also lack a lot of features that Shift has, like Chrome Extensions. Those other two only offer minimal extensions where you can get any …
As a team, we use many different apps to try and create easy, clean workspaces. However, nothing compares to Shift. It is 100% in a league of its own, and we have never encountered anything like it before. Its user interface and abilities are far greater than those of the other …
Shift offers me better overall email and productivity tool integration. The browser-based environment is intuitive. Outstanding integration with Google Workspace tools. Excellent overall UX/UI. Setup is fast and secure via SSO login. Overall a great value. The company delivers …
I wouldn't say I liked the user experience and the difficulty in configuration. I generally like to keep my UX and UI as consistent as possible, and Shift does that. Moreover, I wanted to save all my Gmail labels and have their catalog precisely as on the Gmail website. …
Shift outshines Rambox and Wavebox with its sleek, intuitive interface and seamless handling of multiple accounts. While Rambox offers a similar app integration model, its interface feels less refined and user-friendly. Wavebox is highly customisable but can be overwhelming and …
Firefox is well suited for any browsing situation. I always recommend having all three major browsers in case you run across a website that acts funny, You can try another to check the site, but in my experience, there hasn't been an issue like that for Firefox in a long time.
I believe that Shift is suitable for everyone, even those with only one email account. Just being able to group email, along with Messenger, WhatsApp, and other apps, together is, in itself, a productivity hack. I have already recommended it to some of my other business owner friends.

Again, excellent interface and rapid movement, much better than Microsoft, which has excess bells and whistles in my opinion. The issues with instability are what makes it less useful to me currently. This may be because Mozilla is a rival browser to MS Edge or, earlier, MSIE, which might explain the lack of compatibility following updates.
Setting up Shift is very simple and highly intuitive, making it easy to use. Once you set up the accounts and program integrations, you can easily click on precisely what you need, requiring barely any thought or effort. It feels truly seamless and straightforward to use. I have no issues with use, and I use it every day.
Its basically been great. In 3 years I had one issue of repeated crashes which was fixed with a version change and an issue where slack wouldn't load after a slack update but that fixed within a few weeks
Its pretty performant on my GPU based laptop as it can use the hardware to accelerate processing. However it is memory hungry. If I had a normal amount of RAM on my laptop I wouldn't imagine it would be a little slower
I have only had to use their support a couple of times, but was able to get an answer and things resolved within a couple of hours. There was no issue with contacting them, received responses and updates in a timely manner and they were able to resolve the small issues we had. It was a pleasure to work with them
I was completely satisfied with the implementation of Shift, rating it a 10. The process was straightforward and required minimal effort to get started. Key insights include the importance of pre-configuring the app with essential tools and accounts for the team to ensure a smooth transition. Shift’s intuitive setup and integration process allowed us to onboard quickly without disrupting workflows. Additionally, its user-friendly design made it easy for team members to adapt without extensive training.
Mozilla Firefox is faster, more efficient, and has less "bloatware" than Microsoft Edge, which is a frustrating and inefficient browser. It is a much smoother and more pleasant browsing experience.
Mozilla Firefox is more user-focused and asset-based than Google Chrome, which is too dependent on Google Suite of products and doesn't allow the end user as much choice or customization.
I came from using a similar app called MailPlane, some of you older users might remember this app. It had a similar function to connect Gmail accounts so that I could use Gmail like a regular app. This app reached end of life and the developers no longer decided to keep the app active. I was then back into the market in search of a comparable app and my searched led me to fine Shift. I'm absolutely glad I did! 4 years later and I'm still using Shift. It was 2021 when MailPlane stopped selling licenses. If I remember correctly I switched to Shift around this time or possible before. All I know is I switched and never looked back and was extremely happy to find Shift.
