The workouts are in the app and have detailed instructions on how to complete them. The only issue I feel is that the app is sometimes hard to find things. Some stuff feels buried. Usability	The app is available on both IOS and android. Since it is a mobile app, you can use it anywhere in the world which comes in handy if you're out of town.
