Considered Both Products
nDash
Chose nDash
I don't currently use any other writing platforms.
Chose nDash
nDash is the best freelance writing platform I have used. Clients are of a much higher calibre, briefs are clear and well developed, and rates are significantly higher.
Chose nDash
I've explored and created profiles on several different content agencies/content sites and have found them to be lacking -- so many are a race to the bottom with writers of wildly varying skill and experience levels "competing" against veteran writing professionals.

nDash is …

Chose Sprinklr Marketing
We are also using Modern Engagement and both products combined together give us a perfect overview of paid&organic media performance.
Chose Sprinklr Marketing
This tool was much easier to implement and understand for my team.
Chose Sprinklr Marketing
Sprinklr is a more effective solution in terms of campaign operations for larger networks who operate at scale.
Chose Sprinklr Marketing
We are using different platforms for different clients. It depends on how the client's budget and what they can invest in their reporting tool. Sprinklr is the most complex, biggest, and most customizable. We say if Brandwatch is LEGO Duplo, then Socialbakers is LEGO Classic …
Chose Sprinklr Marketing
We selected the Advertising product because we were using the other products listed. I personally haven't used the Modern Care product but the customer service team loves it. I like using the Research and Engagement tools more as they feel less time-intensive to set up and use.
Chose Sprinklr Marketing
There are none, otherwise we would have switched.
Chose Sprinklr Marketing
I definitely prefer the native platform ad managers over Spredfast. They are much easier to use and saves me time and frustration. I usually just give up with Spredfast after I get so many errors that I can't figure out. I never have to worry that my ad is not running when I …
Chose Sprinklr Marketing
We use each of our tools for distinct projects and Sprinklr is the main social tool that we use, primarily because of the 'social listening' component which allows us to see where the conversation is among our competitors. This is critical in developing our positioning on …
Chose Sprinklr Marketing
I used Social Bakers in the past, but at this moment we use Sprinklr, and I like the platform.
Chose Sprinklr Marketing
Not part of decision making. Sprinklr was already implemented when I became involved with the platform.
Chose Sprinklr Marketing
I've only used the free version of Hootsuite and Sprinklr had many more functions than that (though Sprinklr was paid so not really and apples to apples comparison). HubSpot was more of a web content tool with social plugins which were fine but nothing special. Sprinklr was …
Chose Sprinklr Marketing
Sprinklr is above and beyond all other platforms currently on the market. No other platform meets the capabilities.

Sprinklr Modern Marketing is a great tool to gauge the competitive landscape on certain topics that your company may want to be known for. It is also great at indicating the share of voice % based on the amount of mentions in the social landscape. Linkedin API has many limitations though which is our most important social platform

  • Allows you to share and suggest pieces of content to other entities within the organization.
  • Has great reporting with lots of filters to drill down to the information you need.

Cons
  • The one time I ran into a small issue with the platform -- I don't even recall what it was now -- I emailed the team and mentioned it. I think it was later that afternoon that I got a return email thanking me for the heads up and letting me know the issue was resolved.

Very responsive team, always ready to jump on a call or provide any other ad-hoc support, both for the central team as well as for the markets. I appreciate the opportunity to organise onboarding calls with the markets when we identify any needs in terms of trainings/upskilling

Alternatives Considered
I've explored and created profiles on several different content agencies/content sites and have found them to be lacking -- so many are a race to the bottom with writers of wildly varying skill and experience levels "competing" against veteran writing professionals. nDash is different; its clients are serious companies that value (and are willing to pay for) high-quality content. Additionally, I've observed that nDash tends to be "pickier" than other platforms when it comes to accepting writers. As a freelancer, I'm driven to "up my game" because I'm not competing against a bunch of writing newbies but a bevy of experienced writing professionals. I appreciate that they keep me on my toes

  • Measurable and easy to see clicks and actions taken on ads lends to a positive or negative ROI depending on the call to action.
  • As far as the cost of the tool, it's good to manage and control many users so I'd say this is a positive ROI.
