Managed services are really good for what you buy. Reporting is really lacking and you cannot except more than what the platform has. No exact roadmap is presented and nor real ETA for what to expect in the future.

NINJIO has an overall easy platform to use. I'm not a fan that I have to use one hub and the Dojo to access different things. The platform does lack a few things, like timestamps of training completion and a schedule of what videos are going to come. The Dojo platform is good, overall.

Great support. Support is always there to help you whenever required. They have the quickest response to your request. They also keep monitoring the campaign launches and will notify you if you have missed any month

Managing services compared to: - KnowBE4 where managed services are very expensive and self configuring, managing is really painful - Microsoft Security, where those services are not provided but are simple to manage 2. Animated interactive modules. This option is not provided across other providers
