[Numberz] is best for any SMB or Mid Market business as they automatically create the Invoice which is required during filing the GST and paying taxes. As they save and reconcile each and every transaction. This software is also best because it saves CA cost and time as we are already ready with the every invoice which is required to file an ITR annually. Also this software gives us a feature to file our ITR by ourselves by clicking and uploading the required documents.

Stampli is best for a compony that has a large amount of payables. It stores everything in one place and reduces the need to keep paper copies of everything. It is less appropriate in a situation where payment is due at the time of services since it is sent via USPS mail and you have to take into account the mail processing times.

I cannot imagine going back to pre-Stampli processes. Our jobs in the Accounting department (not just AP) have all become more engaging because we've cut out so much mindless, non-value added work: data entry, signing checks, stuffing envelopes, stamping envelopes, etc.

Numberz has a interactive and easy to use GUI in comparison to all other Billing Software's. Its can be used by any person even who don't have any knowledge of accounts and finance where as we need to learn to insert the entries into the other software such as tally. This software automatically fill the required fields such as GST and any other taxes.
