Cons	Their algorithm for profile engagement could be improved. Sometimes the overall engagement of profiles sent from Opensend is rather low (to be expected). Usability	The platform is pretty straightforward, and when we do need help, the Opensend team is very knowledgeable and helpful from the get-go. They really want you to succeed with their service. Opensend is also consistently innovating and adding new features taking into account customer feedback. We are looking forward to taking advantage of some of the newer tools, specifically the new postal tool being rolled out. That will work really well for our customer base. Alternatives Considered	Opensend is a set-it-and-forget-it money making machine that runs 24/7 in the backend. If we really wanted to, we could have just installed it and forgotten about it, but once we started seeing the results we realized we could be doing a lot more with this tool.
