CloudAlly is a great backup for Salesforce and Box that is cloud based for a reasonable monthly/annual cost. Thankfully, we have rarely had to use our backups, but the service has been very reliable. It is less appropriate if you are not storing a lot in any of the platforms that they backup
For migration purposes, we have chosen SkyKick over and over again. Their tool just works and does a great job with multiple different sources. Their support team is awesome albeit could be somewhat faster sometimes. Regarding cloud backup, it seems like that space is quite commoditized as every vendor offers the same. SkyKick does have some good promotions on migration costs when signing up for cloud backups as well which makes them more competitive than other vendors.
