Likelihood to Recommend	It literally all boils down to the budget a team has. Nowadays, even investment banks look for every opportunity to cut cost. Oracle Coherence is a pretty robust and highly configurable cache application that every team should use if they can afford. If they can't, then open source code is their answer. Pros	Distributed in memory data managment. Your data is near your data manipulator or calculator engine. Write behind, read through, write through concept. Fault tolerance and scalable. Support Rating	Oracle Coherence support team is responsive and knowledgeable. We contacted them to ask a couple of design questions about how we were setting up Oracle Coherence based on how we used IBM's Datapower Extreme Scale. They were able to guide us so that we got the design correct the first time and didn't have to go back and re-architect our design later.
