Oracle FLEXCUBE is fantastic in almost all areas of banking from retail banking to corporate banking to Islamic banking. The technology stack it runs on is also brilliant however it will be of great help if the installation process is simplified to reduce the time to market during implementation. Due to cloud based solution when I was not in town and want some technical assistance for branch or any financial transaction, it is easy to access it from anywhere plus there is 24/7 reports available. It is easy for development team for new functionalities to implement. There is one down side we experienced that whenever there are largen numbers of user signed in, system get but slow.

Support Rating
Implementation support being done by an Oracle partner with less care than Oracle's resource. Most of the resources from the partner are weak in knowledge and we need a longer time to resolve fixes.
