Autopilot is designed to make the business money more than it costs and we actually get an impressive range of marketing automation features in return for our money. It is a serious platform that is capable of building heavyweight automations. There is a complete set of …
How would I say this, for me Autopilot is a whole other tool then the other MA tools I use. Most other MA tools focus on a lot of options and things you can do with it. But Autopilot seems to mainly focus on the visual builder to make automations, and they do that really well!
Autopilot is the worst of the marketing automation tools. It's got a great visual editor, but it isn't auditable and doesn't provide the basic functionality most other tools do for landing page editing etc. I'm unclear why all these positive reviews exist. Yes it's cheap, but …
Okta and Azure AD seem to work better for administering our email tenant and users for me comparatively. They just seem easier to use and I was already experienced with both.
Autopilot stacks up okay against the competition, but there are many platforms out there that are doing the same thing, either better and/or cheaper. I recently reviewed Klaviyo and Pardot and both seem to have more capabilities then Autopilot. Mailchimp is another competitor …
Autopilot is a modern and powerful solution that we recommend to everyone looking for a marketing automation tool. Competitors either are outdated, overpriced or lacking features. We've been happily using Autopilot for years now. The only thing we'd wish to see added is …
Autopilot is the only visual journey builder in comparison to a lot of text-based journey builders available in the market. The visual journey builder helps so much to break down complicated journeys.
We engaged with an independent marketing automation consultant who helped us vet marketing automation vendors. After meeting with several stakeholders across the company (marketing, sales, customer success, development, and exec), Autopilot beat out all other marketing …
While Autopilot cannot compete with the enterprise players (like Hubspot and Marketo), I think it seriously beats its competitors in terms of features for the price. If you have a small budget, you could exhaust it by purchasing all the software you need to build your funnel, …
We had used Drip and in a smaller instance Campaign Monitor's automation. At the time, however, Drip itself was a little clunky because of a lack of broader integration, while Campaign Monitor was good for very simple workflows. At least the functionality of these former …
Autopilot is great if you want a more visual and user-friendly campaign creator. Building journeys takes a minute to learn but a few weeks to master as there are a lot of extra functionalities that are possible. The AP support team is excellent and always answered all of our …
Disaster save your money there are other options out there. We were never able to get off the ground. Due to them being so unflexible, we did not implement anything.
Springbot's account management team is excellent to work with - they understand my business and my goals, and partner with me to achieve on those growth goals - from traffic, to subscribers and revenue.
We were choosing between a few different options when considering a new email marketing program. Previously we were using Constant Contact, but wanted a program that offered more. We looked into Klaviyo as well, but after comparing the two we decided to go with Springbot as …
We are looking at using Tealium to segment our customers now, something we had hoped Springbot would allow us to do. Tealium allows us to segment and send to any channel and any ESP. Springbot would allow us to create segments based on a few demographic, product and purchase …
It's a great tool for email marketing and making automation flows with those emails. Also push your communication to multiple platforms (social media, SMS, WhatsApp, etc). It's easy to learn so for us easy to teach companies the basics of marketing automation. The clean interface and not to many functions don't make the tool too overwhelming. So for us, one of the better "get your feet wet" tools.
If you have a small marketing team with a small budget and you use Mailchimp & Adroll, Springbot might work for you. Otherwise, there are other more robust tools out there to accomplish the same goals. They need to work on more integrations with other ESPs and retargeting providers. And they need to work on making sure the data being sent to their customers is accurate.
Very easy to use automation builder with many great options and integrations. Lets us tailor incredibly precise campaigns through use of Autopilot's own features, plus its tight integrations with data from sources like Segment.
Easy and powerful email editing and creation built-in. No need for email template coding.
Autopilot allows marketers to have full control and implement new web forms to capture leads quickly with its automatic form detection. No need to save custom form data to our own backend saves our development team time.
One of the things that impressed me the most early on was their dedication to email deliverability and growing my "engaged" list of customers. Through this, they taught me the value of quality subscribers vs. quantity of subscribers, while still sharing new ways to grow my email list in a healthy and sustainable manner. For so long, my main focus was always having the biggest email list - and while that's good to have a lot of subscribers, the most important thing is to make sure they are ENGAGED with your brand. So together we've come up with fun ways to do that, and we've seen that reflected in our list growth and open rate.
One of the other things I was looking to do when I partnered with Springbot was to increase my site traffic. The original sales rep had a few recommendations on how we could do this, and our team was most excited about their Facebook Services offering. We were paired with a Facebook expert who did a discovery call with us, and then presented a strategic plan for us to follow for the first 90 days, until we could fully optimize. Their Facebook team narrowed down my target audience and has helped strategically grow my site traffic.
Finally, and maybe the part that I value the most, is the partnership that I've developed with Springbot. Out of the gate, there is absolutely work to do to get things set up and they don't sugar coat that. While much of the onboarding was smooth - we had a few obstacles to work through, and I'm thankful my Success Manager kept me up to date as we resolved anything that came up, and was proactive with her outreach and recommendations to get the most out of the platform. I find myself learning something new each time I chat with her, whether it be optimizations to my automations, new marketing ideas, or ways to increase engagement as I go into the holidays.
After being with them for a year, I feel this is more than a vendor + customer relationship, and think of it as a strategic and valuable partnership.
Limited Design Customization: If you're an experienced marketer and are used to the unlimited customization capabilities of larger platforms (or coding your own templates), you might find Autopilot's options to be limiting. It's great for a beginner user who shouldn't be encumbered with those options, but I could see if being frustrating for others.
I think Springbot is pretty user-friendly overall. The only down-side is that the website is often updated, leaving the customer to hunt certain features down that are now in a different spot. So I think it would be helpful if every so often they sent an email that let customers know what changes were made and where to access everything
They only cared about referencing the user agreement to get out of any common sense discussion I tried to have. They have one goal take your money and don't care if the system is working for you or not.

We were choosing between a few different options when considering a new email marketing program. Previously we were using Constant Contact, but wanted a program that offered more. We looked into Klaviyo as well, but after comparing the two we decided to go with Springbot as they offered a wide variety of insights and had wonderful customer service.
Not sure. I cannot put a $ on it for ROI as I was the administrator and not part of the team that procured it. Time-wise I would say I spent less time using it than I previously had used in CloudPortal Services Manager.
