Chose Outgrow
The previous tools we used had no ability to make numerical calculators and limited logic jump features within surveys (if someone answers question one a particular way, skip question two, etc.) and more limited ability to direct people toward different outcomes based on how …
I haven't used anything else. Maybe Typeform. But Outgrow is engaging, it gets people to want to be involved and be proud of their answer. It's a true lead magnet. I selected it because it's a cool way that is different than a mere download. It's much more sharable than any …
I did use a couple of other popular quiz design programs but I wasn't able to create the conditional logic and outcomes I needed. Outgrow has been the best option for my needs.
Outgrow has a superior versatility coming to the animation, presentation of answers and results for users when completing the quiz. Also, the ability to create complex formulas for answers has been by far the most logical and extensive I have seen for a quiz generator.
I've used a few WordPress based quiz plugins and they just don't compare. They are generally clunky, ugly, and lacking in decent notifications and analytics.
Limited functionalities, and limited design options. I really only want to implement a solution if it truly fits with the rest of my website and the level of quality of the rest of my products. When looking at the features and usability of Convertcalculator I felt that it did …
I prefer Outgrow to LeadQuizzes because the interactive features are more advanced and also because the overall design is better. An outgrow quiz looks great as a standalone website. It integrates with Google Analytics, converts well off Facebook Ads, and works great as a modal …
Outgrow by far has the fastest load time of any of the quiz software I've used. This is a big deal when running paid ads to a quiz as we don't want people to bounce away because of a slow site. Also, the mathematical formulas and question types are quite sophisticated. The sky …
At Share Talk we use Paperform for some tasks which is also an excellent piece of software, but it operates in a different market to Outgrow - you could definitely try and replicate OutGrow with PaperForm but it would not be as easy or seamless to do so. I am yet to find a tool …
Outgrow holds its own against all competitors. The reason it became the top choice was because of the way the platform approaches the creation of interactive quizzes and calculators. There is substantiated science and psychology behind what makes them effective, and Outgrow …
Outgrow does more logical calculations, delivers CTA on the results page, redirects based upon results, and is easier to build than [the competitors]. Each tool has at least one of the features of Outgrow, but none of them combine them except for Outgrow. I was looking for a …
Thrive Quizz builder is a solid plugin but only works on wordpress and you don`t have these kind of integration with other platforms. Thrive is more limited in a lot of ways. Outgrow is a league on its own
Greater value in terms of flexibility to use as needed for any project. Documentation and support ensures I get answers to questions without spending too much time on set up and learning how to use. They continue to add value with things like more templates and new features, so …
Typeform offers intelligent forms through the use of "logic jump", however, Outgrow offers similar services plus more and their interactive quizzes and calculators are better looking and more engaging than the ones I built using Typeform.
At the time, PathFactory was selected because the product was way more mature, however with time, and because of it's size and maturity it is less flexible.
I view Advisor and PF as different platforms with different use cases. Advisor for sales enablement, support and training of internal teams vs. PF as a content hub for prospects and existing customers.
As compared to others Pathfactory is the result of breaking down departmental silos, focusing on clients, and automating as much as possible to allow teams to SEIZE EVERY OPPORTUNITY
PathFactory does the same work as Adobe but takes it a step further by providing the tiniest bit of information rather than providing only a holistic overview. These tiny details sure do come in handy when you need them
Similar functionality, easier UX, and lower price. PathFactory seemed a more appropriate tool for an organization of our size where we can't afford to have the whole department engineering a content hub. We needed a quick and easy-to-use tool to deliver value fast.
We directly evaluated Uberfip and PathFactory, and PathFactory fit our use case more. They were more marketing user-focused, whereas Uberflip's main user was sales. Integrating insights into our different systems was key, and PathFactory was the only tool that could do that. …
I like pathfactory. I would be willing to try out another system, so I can compare, but it would be tough to sway me to use another system. Due to the reasonable price, I can’t imagine many others can compete.
Foleon makes sites/pages that are visually dynamic and beautiful but doesn't allow you to use existing content. It also doesn't integrate with Marketo well at all. PathFactory has a far superior Marketo integration and metrics tracking.
Outgrow is a better choice compared to its competitors if you don't want to end up promoting their product with your quizzes and calculators. I appreciate that they respect my ability to recommend their platform to peers rather than end-users. That said, Outgrow is a powerful suite of creative tools, and it's likely not a good choice for anyone who's planning to make just one quiz or calculator and then move on.
It's a great tool if you want to create experiences on web and share content with your audience - especially if you want to create bingeable content. For a microsite, I would like to see more modules that build up a page, and great examples for inspiration
Microsite was very hard to build ourselves. Changing the site can be really confusing and is not always intuitive. We have trouble knowing how to update items to get it to work the way we want it to.
Better instructions on how to customize tracks and use the different tools.
Users that come in without UTM parameters should still be included in all data reporting.
We have seen a lot of value from our team's use of Path Factory. We also like working with this vendor as they actually take our feedback and implement it on their roadmap. A great vendor with a great product
It is a no code platform that makes content creation very easy with pre-built templates and strong lead generation tools. However, customisation options are limited , complex logic can be tricky and better content organisation is needed for a large scale use. Overall, it's user friendly but needs improvement in scalability and flexibility.
Overall, I think the tool is fairly easy to use to get a basic content uploaded to create a track and even the more complicated features become easier once you become familiarised with the process
I think there was only one time where we had issues reaching our account manager, otherwise PathFactory was always willing to hop on the phone to talk through strategy, to work through issues, and help build custom solutions to fit our needs. Customer service is a big selling point of PathFactory.
The analytics and reports feature is fairly new and have proved very popular with many areas of our business and is growing in popularity. The metrics that are attainable are very insightful and provides a clear picture on the performance of the track.
Support is very responsive and is quick to respond to questions and problems. Outgrow sometimes changes their pricing and plan structures and add/remove options without properly relaying the info to customers. They could do a better job with communications and being upfront with the pricing plans people sign up for.
Working with the Solutions Consultants is amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable and willing to go way above and beyond - ie working in our Marketo instance to trouble shoot form issues. Love having access to chat the support team in-app. CSMs are knowledgeable and we also get to draw on the expertise of marketers inside PathFactory
I was able to browse around the tool quite easily once some basic training was given. I learnt much from using those method and only needed further help when wanting to learn about Reports, External codes and adding forms.
The customer service, from technical through to customer success, is one of the biggest reasons I'd recommend PathFactory. This is true of their training. It can be as bespoke as you like, at least in my experience, and the team is always willing (where possible) to incorporate your suggestions.
Any implementation of a tool like PathFactory is going to be a heavy lift in terms of organization, strategy, tracking, and execution. However, we on boarded at a time where a lot of what we wanted to do with PathFactory had to be custom built, from CTA buttons to matching the brand to the landing page look, it took a ton of work and a lot of time from other departments to execute and to feel truly “ready.”
Limited functionalities, and limited design options. I really only want to implement a solution if it truly fits with the rest of my website and the level of quality of the rest of my products. When looking at the features and usability of Convertcalculator I felt that it did not perform as well as Outgrow. Another reason was the number of resources in their Help Center. I did not start a chat with them, so I can't comment on their customer service. I feel like there is no real competition out there, or I've been searching in the wrong places.
I used Uberflip in a past company. I think they are pretty comparable. From what I remember, Uberflip was more intuitive to use, but I think PathFactory might have more capabilities. Although this was years ago, I am not aware of Uberflip's functionality now. I have had good experiences with both.
Pathfactory is growing in popularity amongst individuals from different parts of the organisation and it would be difficult to forecast how scalable this can become
Simple and consistent landing pages without needing web or design teams. Huge time saver for us and helps our team be more efficient.
Searchable, filterable collateral library for internal use. Again, this helps us be more efficient and also makes sure that teams have the right and updated resources, as that's been hard to manage.
Providing a method for reps to provide curated content to prospects without Marketing intervention. Helping push deals down the funnel.
