Because it is a niche platform it can be tough to persuade users outside our business to use collaboration features. Often we have to export and revert to using MS word for red-lining/track changes. Cons	Export function to be more easily used. Ability to access fully executed documents more easily (the different version histories results in the wrong version being downloaded a lot). Usability	Great user interface and great training and support by the Outlaw team. Whenever we had a question, they were always available to help.
