We used Bench.co before switching to Zeni- our books were often not available when promised, we had issues with duplicate transactions, and we had serious communication issues when trying to file our taxes. Zeni corrected our books and got our taxes filed quickly and seamlessly.
Parabol is suitable for working configurations of all kinds, in-person, fully remote, or a hybrid work setup, employees can benefit from the software regardless. The retrospectives are effective when applied to an actual project or when used as a mock retrospective. The icebreaker question is also very useful as it helps establish the mood moving forward.
It is my opinion that Zeni wants customers and does not verify that the customers are who they say they are. I believe this is what happened to me. They let someone take my money and let the fraud happen. I feel that a simple verification would have prevented this fraud from happening.

I believe Zeni was taking my money without permission
Zeni did not verify the company to be legitimate. They let a gmail address with no website qualify. All they needed to do was look up the real company and verify this is fraudulent.
