Likelihood to Recommend	There is no place where Pepperjam Ascend is well suited. The company needs to throw itself away and start over with all new everything! However, it is not user friendly and is frustrating to set up. The communication that can be automated is limited as well - we deal with clients in 5 different languages but can only send our communication in one. Cons	The dashboard/platform is the furthest thing from user-friendly. It looks like a high school student with zero experience designed it in excel and hoped for the best with the results. Reports are hit and miss. They may load, they may not! It's ridiculous, in my opinion. No mobile options whatsoever, everything has to be desktop. It's 2022, they need to catch up!
