Support Rating	No answers on this topic	I would have to say that for the most part, the only time we have had to use CS is when we needed to update the board members from year to year. Then we have a new administrator, or "owner" of the platform. We would then need to transfer the email from one person to another. Otherwise, even with billing, there have been no issues.
