Perfecto has a very good automation platform and also has good integration with the open-source tool set. It is not as customized as Protractor. It deviates from generic syntax which may confuse selenium developers having knowledge of other languages. Return on Investment	Helped automation and hence reduced costs. Not cheap so returns take longer time. Need extended support and improved usage. any onsite experience with the team here will help you get 1st hand experience.
