Plutio is a project management application from the UK company of the same name, featuring configurable shareable task lists, task notifications and alerts, and a client portal.

I'm using the only Plutio platform to manage and track each task I perform for my work and organization. This tool is perfect for me and serves what our organization needs. It makes what I need and does not need other platforms to get help or dependency. It seems like one …
I have tried Suite Dash, Agiled, FlowLu throughout the process of finding a tool that fits our business the best. Plutio was the easiest to deploy and use by far. The other systems had more features and capability but was pretty difficult to learn how to use and set up. We were …
Basecamp threads discussions by task, which is fine but in practice we found that it functioned more as a message board than as a task or project management option. Trello is good for a single user, it felt messy when we tried to use it for our whole team. Trello also lacked …
I have not used any other project management software. Plutio was the first one that I instituted at the company and it has been very good so far. I know that there are many other options out there such as Monday which I see a lot of people using. Other than how often I see it …

Chose Plutio
Plutio is much more robust than Trello. If you are looking for a full suite of tools to help you stay organized Plutio is the best option. Trello is simple and a great Kanban board tool, however, you can organize Plutio to fit your specific project and preferred workflow. Then …
Plutio is a great combination of many of the popular PM systems available, such as Trello, Asana, and Basecamp. Plutio really stands out by offering multiple tools that integrate directly with its project management system. For example, invoicing and time tracking integrate …
Well, to be honest, the other tools are somewhat limited in their functionality and other software suites are way more expensive. Also with Plutio, you have the option to completely white label it.
Plutio continues to get better, offering more enhanced features that can help you customize the experience and keep you digitally organized. Where Slack has a great chat board, but Plutio offers more in project management and task completion. It may not be at nuanced as Trello …
The older one was no as good as Rocketlane because the User interface and UI are most important to use any software for the end user. Because more easy to understand, and easier to adapt the software. Thanks, Rocketplane I really like rocketplane because of its features and …
Rocketlane was extremely easy to stand up and get running. Both our internal teams and customers have been fans of the process so far. We had our first projects set up, with our Salesforce sync and white-labeled branding all live within the first week.
For our specific needs, Rocketlane fits the bill perfectly. It had just the right amount of features without it being overly complicated to teach the client. The pricing also worked out well: just pay monthly licenses per user.
Rocketlane is more robust for onboarding than monday.com with better customer interface. However, Rocketlane does not have some of the advanced features of ChurnZero or GUIDEcx. However, Rocketlane's pricing is aligned well with the features they offer.
It's best at managing projects on a small or medium scale; managing teams and projects for large-scale projects might be complex. It also works perfectly for day-to-day tasks that aren't dependent; it might be challenging to manage a task that depends on other projects or teams. Another thing is that no automation or anything makes your workflow extraordinary. It's a simple but more likely platform to utilize and track growth.
There is project management tracking from the start till the end (onboarding till hypercare). The bifurcation of project stages and pre-built templates is good; you can assign client tasks. Less appropriate: Raising tickets for developers because there is no escalation management option. Let’s say the developer didn’t reply in 24 hours for a high-priority task; this should be automatically escalated to their senior.
Task management is excellent. It can be broken down into so many levels and makes it easy to keep track of what needs to be done.
The ability to customize your method of using it is key. Setting it up to both look and work in a way that fits your company and employees is very important and Plutio does this very well.
Status updates can be published, which can be seen by external stakeholders/clients even though they are not on Rocketlane or they have not taken Rocketlane subscriptions.
Timesheets can be easily tracked through which resource utilization can be planned.
The design of the invoices, when I used it, was not as sleek as I would have wanted it to be. There wasn't a proper template that I could use.
Similar to the design of the invoice, there wasn't a proper email template I could use.
The app itself didn't seem to be very secure, when I used it, it seemed to be buggy/clunky in some areas, not updating properly, etc.
When I used this, there wasn't a professional-looking contract, and there was no auto sending of the contract once an action was taken by a client, such as payment. It didn't make for a smooth enough workflow for me.
Plutio puts work into real contribution, allowing me to connect with the team with white-label collaboration. It is an all-in-one platform for me to manage all tasks effectively. Consistently, it positively impacts work and overall growth by adding encouragement. It's worth using this tool to keep track of the task and overall development, so sharing positive reviews might be helpful to others.
I have only needed to reach out for support once and got a quick response. There was an issue with the Mac app, but I knew it was in beta. Leo, the owner, was quick to reply thanking me for letting him know about the issue, that the Mac app is still in beta, and that I can use the web version in the meantime until the bug was fixed.
Plutio continues to get better, offering more enhanced features that can help you customize the experience and keep you digitally organized. Where Slack has a great chat board, but Plutio offers more in project management and task completion. It may not be at nuanced as Trello yet, but it is a terrific middle combining elements of Slack and Trello into one confined location.
As an admin and end-user, Rocketlane has saved me at least four hours of work every week. Multiply that across the entire team, and we're saving two full days of work by removing all the manual tasks.
