We are currently looking into JotForm. Their prices are much more reasonable. They offer 10,000 submissions a month for $29. Why can't you guys offer something like that? I would fall in love with Survey Anyplace if the price was $29/month. I would tell everyone to purchase it. …
Survey Anyplace allows respondents to save progress, offered a respectable UI (User Interface), and offered surveys with a modern design. It seems most survey tools are designed for short/quick responses. The really modern, intuitive and design aesthetic options aren't designed …
Outgrow's pricing was simply not competitive -- to my memory, it was about 6x per month what SurveyAnyplace charges for their Enterprise plan, which felt extravagant considering our scope. Their sales team was also rather difficult to work with.
QuestionPro is at and on par with other solutions. It's easy to use as Qualtrics and has much more functionality than surveymonkey. The price per user is great and very affordable comparatively. There is no loss of function. QuestionPro is always improving and very open to …
QuestionPro greatly exceeds Google and Microsoft in analytics and data presentation. The ability to filter responses and automatically update statistical evaluation is unrivaled, as the other software primarily export data as CSV or Excel files. Google and QuestionPro are both …
QuestionPro and Qualtrics are both good products with extensive feature sets. However, Qualtrics starts licenses very inexpensively, then after it becomes clear that changing vendors would be expensive, they commonly double the price. That happened to us and if you search the …
First of all, QuestionPro has powerful futures when we compare it with others. I am not sure but somehow interface of the product is always important for some more than its functionality. QuestionPro has many features, functionality and has a great interface. It is easy to use …
SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, SurveyGizmo. SurveyMonkey and SurveyGizmo are perfectly fine for simple surveys and have also improved enormously over the years, we are currently evaluating Qualtrics.

QuestionPro is better or on par with these programs. I would say that it's better than SurveyMonkey and Zoomerang, as it's more customizable and professional "looking". It's on par with Qualtrics as it has a lot of the same functionality and customizability. The relative …
QuestionPro is a better product; it is a more complete product with more detailed questions available to the user. Additionally it has a greater support system. Furthermore, QuestionPro has recently developed more graphics to visually show the descriptive statistics.
I found the platform to be very suitable for assessment/survey products. Nevertheless, the offer is limited to some markets and may not work well for countries that have different languages, especially Asian countries. I have yet to test this out myself, but fingers crossed. I hope it works. It would be nice if the company could advise exactly which country the platform is working in.
I would recommend it for VERY simple projects. For anything that requires extensive programming, it's probably better to have a professional survey programmer develop the code rather than the research manager or director. Otherwise, it's an easy to use and intuitive program. It's also a good option if pricing is a concern.
Intuitive branching logic mechanics. Survey Anyplace offers a nicely pipeline/process map format to visually see the branching logic for more robust question sets.
Reliable results. Survey Anyplace offers important tracking data to evaluate and hold respondents accountable to completing the surveys.
Users can save progress and come back. This allows busy respondents time to think about deeper questions, specifically when the surveys are being used in an interviewing approach.
Creating something highly customized at the ReportR level means you will need to have some savvy with CSS if you want to do it yourself. But it also means you can create something truly incredible and they do not have the same limitations as other similar software.
I would like the unique key generated for the respondents to be random and not follow a sequential number. We have bypassed this, but it needs additional effort and time.
There is an option for the "finish page" which is a report that summarises the survey that has just been completed for the respondent has been in "beta" for a long time!
Some of the advanced report options are only available online and would be useful to be able to download in different formats as are the more standard/simple filtered reports.
It's a fine product, but it's also a very competitive field, so it wouldn't take much to knock QuestionPro from top tier status. I would like to see more functionality in all programs, so whichever program does that first is likely to get my money in the next round of budgeting.
We found it user friendly and fairly easy to set-up with our current personnel and without having to engage external consultants or to do any specific software development. It helped us implement a new marketing approach in very agile and quick way, which is much appreciated these days since you always have to act rapidly on the market not to loose any opportunities!
QuestionPro is very easy to use. There are lots of question types and drag and drop functionality. There are lots of ways that make the platform easy to use
I wish there was a better live chat feature. Seems like I have to wait 30-60 every time I need to talk to someone. Though once I am able to speak with someone via the chat in my account, they have been very helpful in answering my questions or pointing me in the right direction.
They offer email, chat, and phone support. I have used the chat support several times. Response time was fast, but the rep did not always have the answer. Inquiries are answered quickly and thoroughly.
We are currently looking into Jotform. Their prices are much more reasonable. They offer 10,000 submissions a month for $29. Why can't you guys offer something like that? I would fall in love with Survey Anyplace if the price was $29/month. I would tell everyone to purchase it. You would definitely get more clients if you lowered your prices.
QuestionPro greatly exceeds Google and Microsoft in analytics and data presentation. The ability to filter responses and automatically update statistical evaluation is unrivaled, as the other software primarily export data as CSV or Excel files. Google and QuestionPro are both easier to navigate than OneDrive’s Forms features. QuestionPro’s visual appeal falls short of Google, but it remains comparable with OneDrive.
As a publisher, the quizzes provide us with compelling type of "advertising" product to engage our clients' audiences.
We use the quizzes to direct respondents to thought leadership content for lead gen. The "correct response" feature in the quizzes provide the most interesting sample of our clients' content.
Since we're a major research university, we don't really look at ROI as comanpanies do. However, when we switched from using Qualtrics, our five year contract with QuestionPro saved us over $900,000.
The only negative impact was that it takes time and effort to move to any new tool.
