PredictAP vs. SAP CLM, discontinued

PredictAP is the perfect solution for our instance of yardi. We perform 3rd party management for clients with their own accounting software and unless they integrate with PredictAP it is not a solution.

• Reduces our payable process from days to minutes
• readily available historical records and vendor history
• turns our AP process from an administrative function to a review function

• Daily digest of emails submitted by a user. There is currently one for the whole organization, but users just want to see their own broken out.
• When invoices go into Yardi, the "created by" field should be the user's name who submitted, rather than "PredictAP". Would make searching in Yardi easier.

This isn't really all that similar to PredictAP, as it is not a technology solution (yet). It's just an outsourcing of labor to a cheaper third-party supply. We like PredictAP because it is a technology solution where the AI capabilities grow with us over time.

• Our focus was on time-saving on the AP input side and we have experienced that savings.
