We can claim different allowances with this tool. We can track the attendance and can also modify the attendance if anything mismatch. We have all the TAX details and Form-16 is also available on this tool.

We previously used TriNet, ADP Total source, ADP Resource. PrismHR is more basic in design for both the manager and user. But in the end, it does the same work all these other platforms perform, but at a lesser cost which is better for the company as it saves us money so we can pass along savings to our employees.
