| Considered Both Products | Chose Planview ProjectPlace I have used Todoist, Trello and Smartsheet. I prefer Todoist as it is very easy to use, and the same features are available on mobile app, Chrome, desktop app, and also the Outlook side bar is a great feature. More Info Chose Planview ProjectPlace I have previously Smartsheet for keeping track of project items. The Projectplace platform is a much more flexible solution which allows for better use of resources and collaboration within teams.
