Likelihood to Recommend	I have received some rental leads from REALTOR.COM. They don't generate an Agent a lot of Money but eventually that referral can convert into a Buyer! I'll accept rental leads, due to that potential benefit. However, the leads were pretty far away from my preferred target areas. Return on Investment	I haven't spent money on REALTOR.COM You have to spend money to generate better leads from their site.
