I learned about Redbooth via a client. It was a tool they introduced me to. I have used other project management tools but I find Redbooth to be user friendly.
It’s nice to be able just instantly to have a meeting. I open a session and can send off the link to anyone I need to attend. Pretty instantaneous. I can also schedule meetings in advance and send out notifications and invitations. I’m able to use the same link over and over, which is helpful too.

I think all have great offerings but nothing seems as intuitive or extensive as Redbooth. They really push to create the best environment that is beautiful, and easy to use.
